I booked…read moreappointments for three people three weeks in advance, only to receive a phone call one hour before our appointment saying they had to cancel one person's appointment due to staffing issues. While I understand that unexpected staffing problems can happen, what was most frustrating was the complete lack of communication ahead of time. When I called to ask why we weren't notified sooner so we could have made other arrangements, the woman I spoke with was dismissive and rude. There was no apology, no empathy, and no attempt to accommodate us or offer a reasonable solution. At that point I decided to cancel the other two appointments as well because I didn't feel confident in the level of customer service we would receive. Rather than trying to make the situation right, the representative seemed unconcerned that they were losing all three appointments. Things happen, but how a business handles those situations says everything. Unfortunately this experience left a very poor impression and I won't be returning.

She acts like a petulant Californian at best. I booked a massage and then had to cancel because I was able to get a last minute opening of a booster shot. I was a new, brand new customer and she refused to let me cancel my appointment. I called to cancel 35 minutes passed their newly implemented 24 hour cancellation policy which was not obvious. Being so strict to her new policy, she ended up insulting me for canceling 35 minutes outside the window. I have pasted her exact message below. It's amazing that this is happening in Montana. It's amazing that people act this way. Buyer beware. This is the least professional, least Montana business in the state. You are better going elsewhere. Ashely: "Write a bad review..
