They basically called him a liar, said that's not how they do business, that they would not refund any of his money, that they would keep charging his card and that there was nothing he could do about it. Obviously we fought the charges with his card, and won because it was an unauthorized transaction. Be careful doing business with these people. They care more about money than customer service.
