Hands down, the worst experience I've ever had with a massage therapist. I had to prepay but after 15 minutes, I asked her to stop "rubbing" me and I wanted my money back. She didn't speak or understand English so her friend came in to interpret. She gave me a partial refund for something my 11 year old grandson could have done better! I have never been more disappointed in a massage.

They resorted to name calling and absolutely refused to refund her money. My son and his girlfriend tried to resolve this in a reasonable manner but apparently Mr. Gibz would prefer to settle this in court. If you are considering a piercing, go somewhere else where they are not afraid to accept responsibility should they botch the piercing.

He started a membership for me for Christmas, he was told that the first month wouldn't start until I physically came to the store and that after the first month the payments would be taken out of my card. By the middle of January I still hadn't made it in yet but they decided to charge his card anyways. He called them and said that I hadn't even used my first month that the lady who he bought it from said it wouldn't start until I came in. They basically called him a liar, said that's not how they do business, that they would not refund any of his money, that they would keep charging his card and that there was nothing he could do about it. Obviously we fought the charges with his card, and won because it was an unauthorized transaction. Be careful doing business with these people. They care more about money than customer service.
