The person doing my nails was watching YouTube the whole time. Didn't say a word to me for anything and was pointing and forcefully moving my hands. Got charged extra because I had builder gel on before and I told them that while making the appointment and they said it wasn't a problem until I got there and they said differently. Didn't use clean tools, got clean tools and then didn't use them. My nails look fine but I asked him not to clip them, threw a fit, got a file and then started to clip them when I asked not too. Brought my niece and my sister in for pedicures and our nails . Great pedicure!! wonderful service did an amazing job on all of us. we are very picky and it's very hard to find a nail salon when you're traveling. so glad we found them!! The gentleman, can't remember his name, was very gentle on my nails (had to take off old acrylic) very good with his technique. I usually dread getting a new set because of how painful it is. And he did an amazing job with the shape and was very patient. Highly recommend!! read more

I kept getting passed over even though I sat there for a while trying to get Service for a pedicure, just decided to go somewhere else

This is a two parter, we are going to start with the good first then the bad. Bellla Nails & Spa is a great place to go to for Pedicures! wonderful services and the staff is honestly pretty kind and nice. I dont mind their pedis but would i ever get a set of nails there done? no, not manicures or acrylics. I have been a steady acrylics wearer for years, i had a family issue come up and had to move to butte for other reasons. in my search for my next place to be a loyal customer i went in and had a full set done. these nails are ATROCIOUS!! Lumpy, lopsided, not straight placement from the get go, thick as hell, lifted out of place on my fingers. it looks like a child put them on, but it gets better. I got told i am the problem! that i have "Messed up/ Hard to work with hands"! im sorry? i have never had a problem with a salon placing nails straight down my fingers before. Not once! i brought it up to my tech multiple times and he refused to fix it for me! then finally while i was paying i brought it up to a woman and pointed out how wonky it was! she then tried to fix it last minute and its just lifted worse and rounded. Its a mess, i didnt even get refunded or anything. these are terrible and i am hopefully getting someone else to fix them today. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! read more

This nail salon is actually called "Bella Nails & Spa." I wasn't going to go based on reviews, but I saw a girl in the grocery store with her nails done and this is where she went. So I went to look at the shop first and saw them cleaning/sanitizing, so I decided to give it a shot. I had dip on my nails which I really didn't want but I was due for a refill. After sitting for a second while my nails soaked, I inquired about the ombré nails. The guy was enthusiastic and showed me pics of his work and I immediately changed what I wanted done to my nails. He made sure my nails were the shape and length I wanted. I really LOVE them. The bowls (for pedicures) don't have liners but I witnessed them being thoroughly cleaned with bleach. My pedicure was also very relaxing and held to my typical standard. Everyone had on and kept on their masks. Would definitely recommend. read more

This place is out of control. I made an appointment for a pedicure for this afternoon at 11:45. I have a 45 minute lunch break. I got there on time and was seated after waiting only a few minutes. And then I just sat and waited. And waited. And waited. Until I had 5 minutes left on my lunch break, without being seen still for my pedicure. So I had to just get up and leave. I would not recommend. I would not go here ever again. Absolutely ridiculous. What is the point of having an appointment? If anyone could recommend a place that is any better than this, I'd much appreciate it. read more

I made an appt at 3pm. I was told it would be a few minutes. 20 min later a walk-in came in and was sat immediately. I was quite disappointed with their service and walked out. Also, while waiting there was a rambunctious child riding his scooter up and down the aisle. This child was one of the employees kids. That was not my idea of a spa experience. I've been to Bella's a couple times, its never been a good experience for me. When my friend suggested making an appointment there I was kinda nervous about the idea, but because of the person I am I decided to give it a try once more. Let's just say I will never be spending my money or time there again! Every-time I've gone, it's been incredibly frustrating the way I'm treated. I do not appreciate getting yelled at or my hand grabbed because it's not the way they like it to be. I'm a very understanding person and if they would of asked me nicely I would of taken a much different approach to this review. I was not asked by the employee what shape I would like my nails. If I'm paying for my nails I would like them done the way I want! My nails are not even at all! & The polish started to peel off just a day later, I'm incredibly upset with the service. The last thing that I would like to add is after telling the employee not to put the cuticle oil on me because I'm allergic it still ended up on my hands! I will not be returning my business to Bella's. I hope things change for future costumers. read more

I've gone to Bella's for a few acryl appointments but this last time I went the lady glued a part of my skin and kept going over it with the electrical filer and went over it a lot with the big buffer. I was bleeding and it hurt. Now that finger is very swollen and has puss coming out of it. This was the only time I had a bad experience here. if you want to come here I highly suggest asking for Andi to do your nails. He's very sweet, gentle, and takes his time to make sure your nails are exactly how you want them. read more

Very pleased with my full set of acrylic nails. They were very meticulous and efficient at giving me the exact shape and length I wanted. I love them! Also a very fun, yet relaxing environment. Some of the nicest staff I've dealt with at a salon and spa. Highly recommend!! read more
