This salon is in a large Walmart building. My pedicure was great. I had to wait so she gave me a hot stone and towel treatment.

The staff was very polite. I got a gel French manicure and a gel pedicure and it didn't even last 24 hrs! I am traveling to an important event and now instead of my nails looking nice , they look Tacky!!!!! read more

$20 for a "spa" manicure, not including polish or even a clear coat. Wiped lotion on my hands and arms and "done."

Treated my grands to nails,. I had full set of pink an white acrylic nails, she would not do white acrylic, insisted on white gel polish instead, the white is streaky and missed the corners on half the nails. My pedicures poor as well, heels are still in rough shape, price was OK, both for $90. One grand had a pedicure, thinks it was the worst ever, didnt evan cut her nails, charged $30, which was fine. The youngest grand han a mani pedi which was on the menu at $45. The owner said the polish was special so would be$75. She added it up said $215? Then printed out a charge of $225. I paid. Visiting from out of state and needed a dip manicure. They sat me down really fast and started on my nails. As soon as another customer walked in asking for a pedicure, the nail tech dropped me and went to the other customer. (I assume it was a regular customer since she was prioritized.) The nail tech never returned to me. I sat there 15 mins with no indication I was going to be served so I walked out. Another nail tech chased me down saying "I was almost done with the other person" - Simply communicating with me when I'd be helped would have went a long way. I left with sticky dip all over my nails. Then bought stuff to do my own nails from Walmart instead. read more

A friend recommend that I go here after I had a less than stellar experience elsewhere. I admit that the Walmart location has kept me away in the past but I was impressed by the value and quality of the salon. I arrived with a friend just after they opened at 10 and was promptly greeted. We requested pedicures and although they were quite busy, we had our toes in the water within minutes. Our nail techs were fast, personable and did careful work. Afterwards, I had my acrylics removed in order to get a shellac manicure. My nail tech took his time to gently remove the acrylics, which I greatly appreciated. I enjoyed a thorough manicure and was very pleased with the end result. The prices are reasonable and there is a wide selection of polishes to choose from. The nail techs took time to explain what they were doing and engage in friendly conversation. The facility and equipment was clean and sterile. Overall, this was a fantastic experience. read more

I used to get my acrylic nails done here, and they would always do a great job. The nail techs are a lot of fun and like to joke around with you. They are really fast as well, it would usually take around 45 minutes to get an acrylic fill and gel manicure. The only downside is they take a lot of walk-in clients, so even if you have an appointment, you may have to wait for 10-20 minutes after your appointment time. I would just come in at night (I would book an appointment at 6 pm ish) and if there were a lot of clients I would go do some shopping, or just wait and read things on my phone. For the price and the quality, it was worth it to have to wait even if I had an appointment booked. read more

Had a manicure done there yesterday afternoon and it they not only kept me waiting for 15 minutes soaking in Coldwater but the end result was a very jacked up job where the nails were cut down so far and unevenly to boot! I should have known that being inside of a Walmart it was a bad idea! I should have waited until today when every other place in town was open even if it cost more money, it would've been worth it. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME! read more

My wife got a manicure and pedicure. The service was thorough yet efficient. The facility was clean.

The first time I visit, a woman, one of the owners put me off at first by the way she seemed to chew me out fo not thaking better care of my tonails. I know I can take thingxs perssonally sometimes so I let it go and she did a beautiful job on my harrible toes. So, I decided to try again and this time the only male that works there helped me. I was extremely unhappy with him. When he reached for one of my feet I pulled it out and started to set it on the towel when he made me put my foot back until he physically lifted it out. He didn't listen to me about my "bad" foot and wouldn't trim it as close as I instructed. I was visibly irritated with him and he coughed on me. When I I told him I changed my mind about the polish and it was only then that he spent more time on my actual nails like I asked. Then when he felt he was done, he put my thongs on me and told me it would be $35, as if I had a whole pedicure (the woman that did the pedicure before him months ago also gave me a parifin wax treatment for the same $35 AND I had polish. I was visiting in Butte and made an appointment for me and my niece to have a girls day having a relaxing mani/pedi. It was not a good experience. We waited well over our appointment time. I got a rushed pedicure while my niece soaked her feet in luke warm water. While other nail technician took other walk in customers. When I complained, they argued with me. We left with just pedicures. 35.00 each. I gave her $80.00. They didn't even attempt to give me back my 10.00 (tip). Live and learn, this is not a quality establishment! read more
