I get massages frequently as a part of maintaining good physical and mental health. Today, I had a massage with LMT, Vladka with European Medical Massage & Wellness Center. My experience was absolutely amazing from the time I walked in until the time I left. The atmosphere of the European Medical Massage & Wellness Center office is very CLEAN , friendly, warm, welcoming and inviting. LMT, Miss Vladka, was very nice, kind and caring. Miss Vladka was very thorough in asking me if I had any pain or injuries anywhere that I wanted specific massage therapy treatments applied too. Miss Vladka's Massage techniques were so soothing, and relaxing that she put me asleep on the table twice during my therapy session. She utilized a moist heat pressure pad on my back while she massaged & treated my feet & legs. Her hands are so soft, yet strong and therapeutic that I could feel the tension being drawn out of my muscles and released throughout my body as she was treating me. It was one of the best massage therapy treatments that I have ever experienced. I give the " European Medical Massage & Wellness Center " the highest recommendation that I can give to anyone who is thinking about getting a massage in Bozeman, MT. Very Sincerely, Gregory E Weber

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was incredibly disappointing. I booked…read moreappointments for three people three weeks in advance, only to receive a phone call one hour before our appointment saying they had to cancel one person's appointment due to staffing issues. While I understand that unexpected staffing problems can happen, what was most frustrating was the complete lack of communication ahead of time. When I called to ask why we weren't notified sooner so we could have made other arrangements, the woman I spoke with was dismissive and rude. There was no apology, no empathy, and no attempt to accommodate us or offer a reasonable solution. At that point I decided to cancel the other two appointments as well because I didn't feel confident in the level of customer service we would receive. Rather than trying to make the situation right, the representative seemed unconcerned that they were losing all three appointments. Things happen, but how a business handles those situations says everything. Unfortunately this experience left a very poor impression and I won't be returning.

After the other lady left Autumn said she remembered talking to me on the phone. All she would of had to do is say sorry that she had double booked instead of making me feel like a nobody. I would of happily rebooked. I can't say anything bad about the massage. She did wonderful. I will not give her my business again.

(Which has saved me thousands of dollars!) I highly recommend making an appointment with Autumn and seeing for yourself what massage therapy is supposed to feel like!
