From the beginning, Dr Aho was pretty amazing, he was very patient with me he explained everything to help me understand. He answered the ton of questions I had and He took his time, he didn't make me feel rushed, like some drs can. His office manager Sylvia was also very helpful and helped tremendously with all our paper work needs and appointments. If I had to say one negative thing, it would be the office can be a lil hard to get a hold of at times. They have both made our brain journey very smooth. And my husband is doing amazing!

No one was there and the office had a lock box on the door. Went to the office next door and was told that they were not there. I did some research and found out that Dr Christopher Aho was in trouble for substance abuse and was being sued for malpractice. His license was suspended and his practice was closed. No thank you! I will go to Cedars-Sinai for the best Neurosurgeon! This page needs to be taken down because it is false advertising! Never go to any physician unless you research them first. My pain management physician had no idea what was going on! I could have been mangled or worse.

This is a long review, and a long time coming but I wanted to give the office a chance but I feel…read moreit's very important information for anyone considering this office. I was a patient at Fullerton Neurology for years when Dr. Florin was there, and my experience during that time was wonderful. The staff was kind, professional, and I always felt comfortable and cared for. Unfortunately, after Dr. Londoño took over, my experience completely changed. The website still listed Dr. Florin for quite some time, which was misleading, but the final interaction I had there was enough for me to never return. During a Botox appointment, my husband took a quick photo while I was receiving injections along my scalp line. We genuinely did not realize photos were not allowed and absolutely would have respected that policy had we been told beforehand. The moment the photo was taken, Dr. Londoño reacted in a way that was honestly shocking. She began screaming at my husband repeatedly, demanded he unlock his phone, watched him delete the photo, and then ordered him to leave the office. He apologized multiple times and immediately complied. I was left sitting mid-procedure while she continued expressing how "violated" she felt. She also said she was so shaken up that she couldn't finish the procedure. The entire situation became extremely uncomfortable and escalated far beyond what seemed reasonable for a misunderstanding over a single photo that was immediately deleted. After the appointment, she told me she never wanted to see me again and that I needed to find a new doctor -- after years of being a patient there. I fully understand offices may have policies regarding photos, and I respect that. But the way this situation was handled felt incredibly unprofessional, aggressive, and upsetting. It was honestly one of the most uncomfortable interactions I've ever had with a medical professional.

I have tried several times to get my Botox and they told me my pharmacy no longer took my insurance.. totally fine. They said a new pharmacy would call me and they never did I called to try to get the pharmacy information to speed up the process and no one called me back I tried every other day and they don't return calls or text messages like before. They now have a call center in India and no one can help you they just transfer you to voicemail ( which is completely full) it's very frustrating and in unprofessional now. I'm really sad that it's so bad now.

Let me tell you the story of the physician that saved my life. On a balmy day towards the end of…read moreApril, I had symptoms that required the skills of a neurosurgeon. The first spinal surgeon declined to operate on me as the site of surgery was too close to my brain stem involving my spinal cord. He referred me to his friend and that is how I got into contact with the neurosurgeon that saved my life, Dr. Erick Westbroek. I'm not sure why there is one disgruntled review on his Yelp page but nonetheless, I would like to speak accolades about his professional treatment of me with courtesy and respect. When he first examined me, I had a pretty serious medical problem that requires immediate surgical intervention. I'm talking about the kind that can lead to an occlusion of a vertebral artery could potentially cause induce a stroke. However, he was very calm and collected when he reviewed my medical notes and charts, knowing full well my medical condition even before I stepped into his office. Though he outlined the risks of the surgery, he spoke with a sense of reassurance that only someone who is confident in their skills can. I had my surgery within 2 weeks of initial consult with him due to the manner of my emergent medical condition. The day of surgery, he looked very relaxed and full of energy, ready to do my surgery. I was able to speak with him for a brief moment sharing how people of almost the entire orange county are praying for me and for him before the surgery. He made his surgical mark with a marker and before I knew what was happening after I was wheeled into the operating room, I was anesthetized. After what felt of only a minute, though the surgery lasted 6 hours, I woke up in the intermediate care unit where I had full use of my limbs again. As a physician, he restored my health. It was incredulous to believe. An ailment that I was afflicted with for several months was now abated. I could walk again! Not only that, I woke up to a new Pope elected after my surgery, Pope Leo. Furthermore, 2 of the nurses that visited and cared for me was my classmate and student. If that is not an uncanny coincidence, I don't know what is. I knew it was one of those where God provided Divine Providence. What a fitting name as the hospital where my life was saved... was owned by Providence. Thank you Dr. Westbroek for your consummate service to your patients. I would consider you a renown neurosurgeon in this county of Orange as there are few people with your subset of technical skills to operate at a precise level, restoring the health of the human body to its original function.

Lower back problems returned and I had a very difficult time walking, standing, sitting, and laying down... total pain. Had a laminectomy L4 on 2016 sadly to say as the year progressed and aging comes with it, the problem came back with a vengeance. Checked in at ER, MRI performed, pain meds given and prescribed and referred back to my primary care to sending me to a neurologist which I checked out who this specialist is and met with her. She studied my history and we worked on a plan... physical therapy. PT was no longer helping. She explained treatment (pros and cons) versus surgery. I chose surgery and trusted her with my life because I still want to enjoy the best quality of living. She did laminectomy on my L4 ( she had to work in this section again because there was so much scarring from the last surgery), Laminectomy on my L5 and spinal fusion S1-L5, 6 screws and 2 rods. The surgery was a success and now in recovery. I am still under her care (physical Theraphy and 9 months of osteogenesis bone stimulator treatment) until she releases me making sure everything is well. Dr. Moksha Ranasinghe has expertise in treating spinal fusion, neck pain and spine problems, among other conditions. Kudos to her office staff who makes sure that my schedule appointments are followed and all the referred visits that Dr. Renanasinghe requires of my needs are done and met.
