Working with Pérez Solutions LLC for a brick patio was the right choice. Roberto Pérez…read more(owner/operator) is tech-savvy and responded quickly to everything from the initial quote to during-construction questions, and I feel confident that if I contacted him 3 years from now with a question about the patio, he would respond just as quickly. Pérez Solutions will treat your small project like the most important job they've ever done: from working around the needs of our household to offering to accompany me to the nursery to pick out plants, Roberto was fully engaged in making sure we got the patio and landscaping that was right for us. It's obvious that Roberto believes in the quality of the products he uses and has done the research to make recommendations about what is right for different circumstances. He is knowledgeable about not only the construction and landscaping aspects of his work, but also aesthetics and helping create the backyard experience each client wants. He is nice to his employees (as all employers should be but not all are). I never saw him get angry or raise his voice to the men working with him; they all worked well together. It was a great feeling knowing that we had chosen a company that wanted to work with us and took the job seriously, had the experience and skill to do great work, and was well-managed and treated their employees with respect.

DO NOT use "mysprinklercompany.com" Affordable Sprinklers. Wehave been using this company for a…read morecouple years (since winter 2024) - simple turn on/off the system, replaced a few new nozzles here and there. Previously had 1 sprinkler head replaced and they charged $20 (or maybe $30, an almost insignificant amount) Well this year this guy Luis (? or Louis) came, charged me $200 for 1 sprinkler head (before labor), he did not tell us how much it was BEFORE he took the old one out. I know I should have asked how much but with previous years of dealing with this company we thought we knew the price level. After a couple of phone calls with "management" they offer to charge extra labor cost to take the $200 sprinkler head out (so we dont have to buy it) and extra labor cost to put the old broken one back. It turned out that they charged and extra $75 labor for this sprinkler head. Please DO NOT consider this company at all. Honesty is the way to run a business. And this is not.
