Previously had 1 sprinkler head replaced and they charged $20 (or maybe $30, an almost insignificant amount) Well this year this guy Luis (? or Louis) came, charged me $200 for 1 sprinkler head (before labor), he did not tell us how much it was BEFORE he took the old one out. I know I should have asked how much but with previous years of dealing with this company we thought we knew the price level. After a couple of phone calls with "management" they offer to charge extra labor cost to take the $200 sprinkler head out (so we dont have to buy it) and extra labor cost to put the old broken one back. It turned out that they charged and extra $75 labor for this sprinkler head. Please DO NOT consider this company at all. Honesty is the way to run a business. And this is not.

This past month my sprinkler system bursts in the box area and water was all over the place. Had this sprinkler installed in 2015 with no issues until this one. Called old faithful and explained the situation and they just pointed finger to the installer and the weather. They are saying that installer over tightened the pipe causing the crack. This type of tube is not tapered that it would crack if over tightened. They also blamed the temp early nov that year, temp before that is not cold enough or long enough to freeze pipe below ground. It's clearly written in their invoice that they cover their work 100% against crack due to water expansion and obviously that is the cause of this problem. Spoke to the manager Greg several times but they refused to fix the problem at their expense. Beware of this company, they will just take your money but when it comes to fixing their quality problem they will just point finger to anyone they can think of and make all kinds of excuses. 7/30/18 Had the system fix by a third party and I was told that the crack was due to a bad winterizing the system.
