This was at our mother's home. We asked to have her added to his list for blowing out the system for the winter and he did it right then. We were so happy, then asked if he could add us to his list to blow out our system at our house and he will be there this coming Sunday afternoon. Talk about service! Danny P the scammer…read more Contracted with Liquid Sun for snow removal on Dec. 13th, 2017 at my home. My wife called and agreed to $400.00 for the season of snow removal. We paid him in advance. BIG MISTAKE. I am a 78-year-old man an am unable to shovel snow anymore. It is also very hard for my wife to shovel this snow. The snow on our front sidewalk was already shoveled when we contacted Danny, and also half the driveway. Danny came and finished the rest and also poured some calcium chloride down from the back door to the garage. Great. That was the last time we saw or heard from him. That was December 12th, 2017. Today is Dec. 28th and 2 snowfalls later. He has not shown up at all. I can not contact him as his phone mailbox is always full. Sent many emails through YELP, still no contact. I tried to send a message on his website contact form...no reply. *Unable to contact him on his Facebook page. It has been shut down. Sounds like a scammer to me. Danny P - I WANT A REFUND! Update: Today is Jan. 4th 2018 and still have not heard from Danny. Was able to leave 2 messages, but most of the time phone just rings. He will not reply and still has my $400.00. My driveway is still full of snow. Where are you Danny the scammer? Give me my refund. Ok, here it is Jan. 15th, 2018 and we still have not heard from Danny P since Dec 13th, 2017. I have sent email messages through YELP and left phone messages. He refuses to reply to us. Where are you Danny? We paid you $400.00 for a full season of snow removal. Edmunds Lawn Irrigation is a top notch company, hands down. If you are considering installing a…read moresprinkler system and don't want to do it yourself, these are your guys. They have been with me lock step through the process of installation, educating me, maintenance, and most recently fixing Consumers Energy Gas Line Replacement woes. Extremely professional. They do what they say and they are there for their clients for a lifetime, not just installation. I knew that Consumers was going to be installing the sidewalk ("at some point") they removed last December (installed a hot patch) after they replaced the meter. Not because Consumers NOTIFIED ME (they didn't) as they clearly believe that Customer Service, Project Management and communication are just wasted man-hours. I knew because they started a few streets down and I knew it was coming, so I paid attention. I called Edmunds to let them know I would need them to come out at a moments notice to check the system they installed after the hot patches were pulled up. I knew it would be within a day or two from removal of the temp patch to the installation of the cement. They could not promise anything but committed to doing their best. This morning I heard the Tonka Trucks on my street so I called to say, "today is the day". Edmunds scheduled my guy to come to me at the end of his planned service to check my system. On the fly. Thank God they were able to make that work. Greg, my technician, showed up at 5:30 and communicated with me during the day, a ticket on the playbook that Consumers should try. We got the system up and running JUST as the Consumers contractors were filling cement at my neighbors. Greg noted in one of the sidewalk patches some bubbling and wanted to give it further evaluation. Upon digging a foot down he found my hosing had been crushed, twisted and had popped to spring a leak. Had Edmunds not come to check the system as urgently as I needed, the contractors would have replaced the concrete and this would have turned into a much more significant problem. By their fast work, Gregs experienced Keen Eye and his knowledge of my system, they saved me likely months of additional frustration and expense from a leaking pipe under a cured sidewalk. I could not recommend Edmunds any higher than I can today, but my previous experience has been equally incredible. I am not recommending Greg because I am selfish. He's mine people. You can't have him.
