I've had her in a few other centers around the area and they are by far my favorite. I get updates and multiple pictures of my daughter doing activities and having fun with her class mates. She practices writing her name daily as well as number/ letter recognition. Classrooms are clean and aesthetically pleasing. I can tell their day is structured with intentional activities and the children are not just left to do whatever they want. They go above and beyond with holiday activities too. I pick her up and her clothes and face and hands are still clean by the end of the day. Any issues with her they call me right away. Within her first week, she had potty trained herself -- something I still can't quite believe. I had braced myself for the horror stories I'd heard from friends and family, and instead Ms. Susan made it effortless. As a parent, I was apprehensive about leaving my child in someone else's care, but from day one I felt completely comfortable and confident that she was well taken care of. Every single teacher at CTCA exceeded our expectations. Each one brought their own unique strengths to the classroom, and our kids were genuinely loved and had good morals instilled in them along the way. I especially want to thank Ms. Becca. I was torn between the free TK option and investing in my daughter's education here, and I am so grateful I chose to keep her at this school. Ms. Becca sent her into Kindergarten with confidence, strong social skills, and -- most importantly -- a real academic foundation. To this day, my daughter still talks about things she learned in Ms. Becca's class, and she is currently performing above grade level in her academics. That speaks for itself. My oldest daughter started at 2.5 yo and she really loved it here. She is now 6 and remembers what her teachers (especially Ms. Becca) have taught her. She is comfortable with drawing and writing in kindergarten thanks to her well developed fine motor and gross motor skills during her time at this preschool. When she became a kindergartener in the public school system, she helped her friends with opening lunchboxes, was confident in using the restroom and setting appropriate boundaries in friendships. Our second daughter is now in Ms. Becca's class at this preschool and she couldn't be more excited. She had wonderful and caring teachers ( Ms. Mariah and Ms. Winnie) who helped her become comfortable with school. We are grateful to have found this school and to have stayed here over the years. They have a wonderful little playground, a beautiful garden, and most importantly, a deeply caring staff.

However, I can't frequently stay at home 2 out of 5 days to look after my child while still paying full tuition. They normally call, usually at 10-11 AM (as often as weekly) to pick up your child and you will have to keep him/her at home the next day too for all reasons such as crying, running nose, not happy etc. This center is closed door, you only allow to come in the class at pick up time, not during the day, someone will stop you right at the door. You have to sign a ton of documentation, one of which says you agree to not sue the center for any and all reasons. Be ware!

Masks are optional, which is also great! My son has always been watched at home so I was really nervous. He's really shy but when he's all warmed up, he's a blast! Once he got used to the routine and everyone here, he wouldn't even say bye to me. Literally just walk past me like I wasn't even there! LOL! The kids were very kind and he even made a few friends! This is coming to an end for Aria at ABCD as she will start kindergarten soon. It is such a bittersweet moment. But at least I know I will bring my second daughter to her soon.
