The fact that this company will delete the review 3 times to cover up the bias and unprofessionalism doesn't surprise me. Exaggerated tails to push me out because I brought things to light. I definitely was retaliated against and I'll keep posting my truth because it's my personal experience working here.
They tried to silence me while I was there and now they're still attempting to by deleting my review. Not being attached to this company has done so much for my mental health and overall happiness. Maybe this will teach people like that to stop bullying people at work. With that being said... here's my truth again
My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing and deeply distressing. The Dallas location, in my experience, has a toxic workplace culture with significant issues involving professionalism, accountability, and management.
I personally witnessed racist jokes and inappropriate comments from Jason Pritchett, a Service Manager, on multiple occasions. I also experienced what I consider harassment, bullying, and intimidation from Rebecca Yorke (Becky), along with other management and employees. I raised concerns about these issues, but I did not feel they were adequately addressed.
I also witnessed situations involving what appeared to be preferential treatment toward Rebecca. On multiple occasions, I personally witnessed Joe Moore take service orders from me and assign them to Rebecca. Regardless of the reasoning behind those decisions, this directly affected my sales opportunities and created the impression that employees were not being treated equally.
Another serious concern involved the company's courier. Another former employee and I experienced unwanted comments and behavior of a sexual nature that made us uncomfortable. I ultimately stopped communicating with him because of these experiences and other concerns.
I also personally witnessed managers using profanity, discussing drug use, and making inappropriate racial and homophobic jokes in the workplace, including in front of customers. In my experience, this behavior was not handled with the level of accountability I would expect from management.
I was also concerned about the presence of a member of management whom I understand to be a registered sex offender around employees' children during company events. This raised serious concerns for me regarding workplace safety and the company's judgment in allowing that situation.
The Dallas location, based on my experience, lacks the professionalism and accountability that employees should be able to expect. Leadership sets the tone for a workplace, and employees should not have to feel that they must remain silent about inappropriate behavior simply because it has become part of the culture.
My concerns were documented during my time with the company. This review reflects my personal experiences and observations. I am sharing them because I believe prospective employees and customers deserve to know about the workplace culture | experienced.
I would not recommend this company to someone who values a professional environment built on respect, fairness, integrity, and accountability. read more
