I'm sharing this based on my personal experience. A transfer from Iran was sent on September 26, and I didn't receive it in Vancouver until October 10 -- far slower than what Vanex promised. During that delay, there was no proper customer service, no clear explanations, and not even a simple apology for the inconvenience. I had to constantly follow up just to get basic updates. It felt like once they received the money, the urgency and care completely disappeared. When you're dealing with essential funds, reliability and transparency should be the top priority -- sadly, that wasn't the case here. This review reflects what actually happened to me. And if Vanex claims my information is false, I have all the chat screenshots ready and will update this review again.
