My experience with them was flawless - justin, who managed my case, was responsive, reassuring, took his time to explain when I did not understand and really managed my expectation. They delivered results within the expected time frame, and all the recovered data was working well - no data was corrupted! The second time was summer 2020 when my other drive crashed - this time, sadly, they could only recover 10%, however, they looked at the drive recovered in 2019 (as 80% of the data overlapped) and managed to recover it again (which is very hard to do!!!)
