By far the worst piece of engineering the world has seen in 10 years. No manual override for…read moretenants to be able to retrieve theirs car if the system is down (it's been down 5 times since I've been here). I have been using the garage for 2 months to give you an idea. And it's not the users that cause this. To give a quick synopsis on the last time the thing went down - I had a doctors appointment for Covid that I had scheduled a month out, 2 meetings with big target accounts. I essentially was stranded without my car for a day, had to reschedule both meetings and my appointment. No apology, nothing. And I wasn't rude to them they just simply do not care and chalk everything related maintenance issues up to "user error." They need to literally send maintenance to the location to make software adjustments rather than utilizing more expensive tools in the marketplace, that improve the users experience, that would allow them to fix the issue from a computer 200 miles away. The service is $75 a month. If you care about your families safety in an emergency do not park here. If you expect compassion when something you pay monthly for doesn't work, don't expect it. But it all comes down to the apartment complex and how they manage their relationship with Ultron. Stipulations include if the garage does down there are no decreases in pricing for that month. Basically if your apartment complex is like every other complex and tries to squeeze money out of you in a different facet every month avoid this at all costs. Oh yeah and you have 3 inches on both sides of the vehicle with no foam bumpers (which comes down to cost because they would have to replace them and are cheap) stopping you from absolutely destroying your tires, bumpers, rims etc. overall the system is outdated, a mess, constantly rolling back back new features, hotfixing a daily basis. For Christ's sakes use an actual feature delivery platform that wasn't made by your goofy engineers at the expense of your UX and ROI. Nothing makes me more mad than companies that simply go with cheaper tools at the expense of their users. And if it does go down....apologize....don't blow it off and get back to me 12 hours later with a simply text "you can get your cart now. If your complex won't hold them accountable which theCharli does not due to their rich white upper management who think they are business savants by screwing people out of their hard earned money. With stipulations and service costs for things that don't even exist at the complex. It's a unilateral contract; only one party has to hold up their end up the bargain. In this case Ultron gets paid in full whether or not their system works or not.

My Jimmy Choo Nightmare -- A Cautionary Tale I splurged over…read more$700 on a pair of Jimmy Choo sandals. Seven hundred dollars. For that kind of money, you'd expect exceptional quality, right? Wrong. I wore them exactly ONE time, and the sole was already worn down. One wear. Let that sink in. So I called their customer service, and that's where the real nightmare began. For two months -- TWO MONTHS -- they gave me the runaround. They refused to replace the shoes. They refused a refund. Eventually, after endless calls and emails, they graciously agreed to repair them for free -- even though at first they wanted to charge me for the repair of their own defective product. Then they handed the shoes off to UPS... and UPS lost them. For a month. After yet another month of back and forth, the shoes were finally repaired and returned. And the cherry on top? Their idea of compensation for this entire ordeal was -- wait for it -- a whopping 10% discount on my next purchase. My next purchase?! There will be no next purchase. Ever. Let me be clear: I paid luxury prices and received dollar-store customer service. Months of my time wasted, zero accountability, and an insultingly small discount as a "sorry." Shame on you, Jimmy Choo. Your customer service is an absolute disgrace. If this is how you treat the people who spend hundreds of dollars on your brand, you don't deserve a single one of them. Save your money, friends. #JimmyChoo #NeverAgain #WorthCustomerService #LuxuryFail #ShameOnYou #CustomerServiceNightmare

There are also many restaurants like Cheesecake Factory and True Food Kitchen. There's a ramen store coming in soon. In addition, you can enjoy some entertainment like AMC in the mall. Barnes and Nobles is another great place to visit for books and small items. Overall a great place to hang out for an afternoon or weekends. The staff are nice. It's very clean and spacious. Decoration is always sparkly.
