We picked this company. In our discussion we talked about the quantity and size of everything to be laundered and how many days it would take. At drop off there were two additional items in the count and we were told that the work would take two additional days, which wasn't an issue for us. No additional pricing information or updated estimate was given. Upon pickup we found that they were charging hundreds more than what was disclosed/quoted. The customer service and the way the owner spoke in addressing the discrepancy and miscommunication was an awful experience. I truly feel the pricing for this service and way things were handled was deceptive. I would not recommend their services to anyone.
