Unfortunately I didn't have my measuring tape on me and was rushing to make it to work on time. So later I called back to see if an employee could get the measurements for me. And someone named "Kai" (may have misheard or spelled it wrong), answered the phone. And gave a very rude and blatant annoyed "no". It sounded like a teen or something, so perhaps they don't have any customer service experience (clearly). And then they said, that they're sure whatever vehicle I bring to pick it up in will be the right size. Spoiler alert: there's no way for them to guarantee that! And after me still, politely and sadly responding, "that's okay then", the person was silent for a WHILE before I finally hung up. My issue is not with my answer being no, my issue is with the lack of professionalism and customer care.
