I loved this joint. I came here with my girlfriend who is Ethiopian. We got the kitfo, tibs, and shiro. All were outstanding, especially the shiro. The service was spectacular. The lady was the sweetest thing ever. Food was excellent, prices were fair, portion sizes were great. Coffee was amazing too. Highly recommend.

    Ethiopian coffee.

Authentic and full of flavor -- reminds me of my mom's cooking, which says a lot 10/10 Ethiopian food

A pretty little hole in the wall. The usual Ethiopian fare served on outstanding injera.

If you're not familiar with the bakery and ice cream shop, the menu can be discombobulating. The ladies were very helpful when it came to the questions I had and assisted, when making my final decision. I decided to get their Pista Falooda. Since this was new to me, I wanted to play it safe with pistachio. Pista Falooda: A creamy, layered Indian dessert drink featuring rich pistachio flavor. A chilled and refreshing beverage, it combines falooda sev (vermicelli noodles), sweet basil seeds, and flavored milk, typically topped with a scoop of pistachio ice cream or kulfi and garnished with nuts. I will say, the vermicelli noodles took me for a loop. Even with the drink being delicious, drinking while taking in "noodles" ruined my desire to finish the shake. I will definitely visit again, but I will be more inclined to get a milkshake vs. a falooda. What a great shop to have in the area, I'm happy they decided to make a home in Euless. Also, I love the colors. The shop was clean and very organized.

The sugar cane drink was the worse tasting sugar cane drink I've ever had in my life and I order it a lot at Asian places. I definitely want to come back and try their ice cream which I believe is prob their biggest sellers. They offer a good variety of exotic and non exotic fruit flavors. Store is really cute they just offer a lot of different options maybe too much of everything. Bakery stuff prob isn't selling as quickly as they hoped and sit for days drying out. Try their ice cream.

This place is great, they're definitely a hit different that your other coffee places so the Black Sheep name isn't just that, which I appreciate! They do things a bit differently, like actually using crumbled pistachios on their lattes or even using a chocolate whipped cream.... That's legit! My sister got a triple chocolate frappe and it was solid! I got the Spanish latte (half sweet) I heard it was sweet, but I would probably do the normal way with and extra shot and be happy! Anyway, they way were nice, happy to answer questions after we told them we had never been there before. We didn't try any pastries or the waffles that looked absolutely fantastic! So in a return visit, which I will be making I'll have to try them! Absolutely worth stopping by or even going out of your way to check out!! I promise you it's not like the others!

I get it, this is not a place that makes things from scratch, but it wasn't anything great, wasn't anything to lose your mind over. He was very happy with his coffee though, enjoyed it for the majority of the day. He had dairy so I couldn't try it, but happy husband happy life. I had the acai bowl. It was fine. When I ordered raspberries I didn't know they were going to be frozen. I thought they were fresh. They weren't. The coconut yogurt on top seemed frozen as well, it had that weird frozen texture. They did slice some bananas in there. The only other thing was the plastic spoon they gave me. An acai bowl is dense and the spoon was bending trying to get through it. Not ideal. Coffee was actually great. We both genuinely enjoyed ours. I asked for a ceramic cup and got a paper cup instead, which I wasn't happy about because cardboard does tint the flavor. I asked for ceramic for a reason. Even with that, the coffee was still decently good, which says something. Cute place to sit. Comfortable seats, quiet atmosphere, plenty of parking around. No issues, nothing glaring. You can order from the menu without interacting with anyone, which we did, but a lady still came over to check if we needed anything, so they were accommodating too. My one aesthetic complaint is the plastic plants. As an establishment they can do better. Real plants exist. Overall I would come back. Probably not my first choice but we would return. P.S. My ratings are based on whether I believe I could make a better or healthier version at home. If food/drinks/service impress me, I'll be happy to come back. If not, the stars reflect that.

I didn't know what to get so I took a chance. I can't eat ice cream so didn't want to get cobbler. I ordered 2 cookies and a cinnamon roll. Omg the cookies are huge. I ordered the salted caramel cookie, this was my absolute favorite! Delicious, soft and sweet. Also ordered Oreo topped cookie. It was good too, especially if you heat it a little. I did not enjoy the vanilla cinnamon roll as much as the cookies. Can't wait to go back and try other things. It took a long time to get my items, they weren't crowded, just one other family in front of me, I think the lady in the back was new. No problem though, I was happy with my items and didn't mind waiting. Almost forgot, they had BOGO, so the cookies were actually 3.25 each instead of 6.50!

Since there was leftover blackberry peach from the day before, the cashier offered that to me for half price. The cobbler and icecream were delicious, the icecream has just a bit of cinnamon to give it a nice flavor. There was plenty of seating inside, but I chose to eat at the sitting area in the center of the shopping center. Definitely an enjoyable experience.
