He recommended me to some other place that better suited my needs. Seriously, shout out to Humberto for being so honest and helpful! You Go Humberto! Break the negative stereotype of the car salesman I hope you see this! :)

BE WARNED. We purchased a vehicle from this company almost three years ago, and within just three…read moremonths, the transmission failed. It took about a week and a half to repair, and while we did get the car back, it has been one issue after another ever since. I understand the vehicle had over 150,000 miles, so some repairs are expected. However, the transmission has now failed again, and the situation has only gotten worse. The finance company they work with refuses to refinance or offer any reasonable solution. Instead, they are pushing us to either surrender the vehicle or take on another $20,000 loan with even higher payments. They are unwilling to work with us in any way, including adding repairs to our existing payment plan. What makes this even more concerning is that my sister had a very similar experience after purchasing from the same company--constant issues that never seemed to be properly resolved. If you're in a desperate situation with poor credit, this might feel like an option. But if you're looking for a reliable vehicle and a company that stands behind what they sell, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere

About a month ago, I purchased a used Toyota from Chuck Nash. I knew what I wanted when I walked…read morein. I knew how much I wanted to pay, how much the car was actually worth, etc. I was pre-approved with a check in hand. Adan was my sales consultant. He was fine. But when it came to negotiating...he laughed at me. I told him my out the door price and he scoffed and laughed at me. I get it. Sales tactics, make it seem like the price I'm asking for is outrageous and I don't know what I'm doing. You're looking to make a commission and you have to work your hardest to get the best price for the business. It may work on others, especially women, but not me. It just pisses me off and I definitely wasn't budging then. He was training that day too...so I get it. You don't want to look bad in front of your trainee. When I got the price I wanted, he defeatedly dropped the paperwork on the table and laughed. Then had the audacity to ask me to write him a review. My finance guy, I'm sorry I can't remember his name was wonderful. He was playing respectful music (unlike another finance guy playing rap LOUDLY for all to hear) and had a desk with little trinkets from other countries he's visited. He didn't push me to purchase additional stuff. He asked and when I declined, he said yes ma'am. I know that probably goes against sales tactics, but it was respectful. The only reason I would come back, is for him. Additionally, quit telling people your registration will be ready in a week...Adan. I called today, a month later, and the receptionist said that a week NEVER happens and she has no idea why the sales guys tell people that. Be honest. I already bought the car...you don't need to continue telling me stuff that isn't true. When we came to pick up the car, Adan wouldn't even look at my boyfriend and say hello. He said congratulations defeatedly handed me the keys and basically walked away. I'm sorry I didn't give you the commission you wanted, but attitude is everything. Don't be a sore loser. Looking at the size of your ceilings and Christmas tree (he showed me on his phone at his house) you're not hurting for cash bro. Smile, be genuine, and have a good time. Thanks for the Christmas brownies though.

From the moment my husband contacted the sales floor and spoke to Jacob - the team was in high gear…read moreto locate the very specific truck my husband was eager to purchase. Unfortunately, the exact trim and model was not available anywhere within 500 miles, but the team invited us in to discuss options. Upon arrival, I was taken aback with the cleanliness of not just the showroom, but the service drive, the overall property, and the staff. Seattle, where I was born and raised, takes far less pride in themselves and it shows from the moment you enter any business. When Jacob approached us, he shared he was finishing with another customer but to avoid a wait he gave us to Isaiah. That point forward I knew we were in great hands; a true team that works together to accomplish one goal - meet your customers needs. Isaiah M. was friendly, knowledgeable, humble, and most importantly patient. After hearing what my husband was seeking Isaiah wasted no time in pulling up the very next best option on their lot. As he and my husband toured the vehicle I was (as was my husband) very impressed at the overall knowledge that Isaiah had about this truck. Even further props; if he was unsure of an answer or detail he made sure to tell us as such but also return later with the answer we sought. After a lot mulling and consulting with my AI we decided to move forward with the truck (see photos). We are about a week into owning this rig and as an upper-lefter (Seattle-ite) I'm loving being as big as everyone else (lol) Since the purchase we have found more features than we had ever anticipated, received more calls than we expected ensuring our service was top-notch and enjoyed every second of our new truck. She dwarfs anything we own currently, but we think we prefer it that way! Finally, Mr. John A. was key to getting him in the truck. Not only did John go above and beyond by doing the "back and forth" with the bank to ensure we got the best bang for our buck but he came in on his day off to sign the paperwork with us. If you want the time to go by quicker doing the mundane of red-tape, strike up a conversation of any topic with John and he will absolutely entertain! Toyota San Marcos; continue with your current hiring and onboarding procedure, something about it is working very well!

I purchased my first vehicle about 3 years ago from the Harbison that was located on I-35 and Hwy…read more71. It was almost time to upgrade when the car needed a major repair. Went to the Harbison in Round Rock and picked out another vehicle. On the day I made my 3rd payment the Engine went out. They wanted me to pay half the cost of another Engine and Labor. I decided that was ridiculous and told them I did not want the vehicle back. I am sharing the information so that future purchasers can be aware that they really need to have a mechanic check out the vehicle you want to buy from them. I say that because I know for a fact that all Harbison does when they get vehicles in is Wash them and put new Tires on them. With that being said, within the first month of having the vehicle, discovered: Rotors needed to be replaced, Spark Plugs needed to be replaced and the first time it rained after I got the vehicle, noticed a crack in right front Headlight cover. The Harbisons owned by the son are in no way the same as the original Harbison. They do not report your positive payments to Credit Bureaus but I understand that they are going to or already have reported this vehicles' balance. Also, after making 2nd payment in Round Rock, noticed a small sign on the door stating the Round Rock location is not authorized to sell vehicles. It is so small you really have to be looking to see it. I will be looking into the legality of them selling me a vehicle from that location. I don't usually right reviews, but this situation has really bothered me and I am going to do whatever I need to so that other customers are aware and hopefully not taken advantage of. You cannot get over on your customers.

Buy a car from the son in san marcos unless you wanna be ripped off and treated poorly, when the guys in Round Rock ran it it was a respectable buisness and i used to tell people they were good and to buy a Car from them, now i will be telling everyone in san marcos i come in contact with to aviod them like the plague!!
