    I have just taken down my negative reviews because Jimmy at Habberstad moved heaven and earth to make things right. And he has...we are going to get what looks like the car of our dreams as a straight up replacement for a car that did not meet our disability needs. There is a nationwide car shortage but he promised us that he would do whatever it took, and he did. Wow! I cannot fully express my gratitude and satisfaction. Thank you Habberstad- you are who you say you are- a premier dealership!

    It took 4 hours for me to take delivery of my 2016 MINI. Though the whole process straddled lunch hour and the employees had their own BBQ in the backyard, we were not offered any snacks while stuck waiting for the paper work to complete and could not leave to get lunch. No idea why the paperwork took hours to complete. Sales staff stopped answering my email correspondence once I took delivery. Subsequent phone calls delivered only empty promises. They have yet to send me the missing parts. They've also incorrectly pumped my RFT tires to the tune of 50 psi!! Not sure if this is the New Yorker subculture, but this was an awful experience for me. Not recommended.

    2022 Mini Cooper S convertible

    This purchasing experience was great. We are so glad we took George's advice when he suggested black trim with our pepper white convertible. Looks fantastic!

    I appreciated Philip Parlato's low-pressure style. He was available, knowledgeable and made for a smooth purchase experience. I'm loving my new Mini and look forward to doing business with Habberstad Mini in the future.

I had mine stolen twice in 3 months. When I went to the Mt.Kisco Honda dealer to have it fixed (the first time) they acknowledged this was a big problem. When I filed the police report for theft, the police officer who came to my house said that she also had her radar stolen twice from two different models of CRV. There are ongoing lawsuits against Honda for this issue. I called the Honda dealer and spoke to a manager (Frankie) who was totally unhelpful. He said that he wasn't aware of the problem, which is a croc, because the staff at other dealers were very much aware of the problem (a simple google search for "CRV radar theft"will show you the extent of the problem. He said the dealer is a third party and can't do anything. So, basically, once they've leased you a car with a major defect, it isn't their problem anymore. He said that I could call American Honda (corporate), but that they would probably just refer me back to the dealer, which is another way of saying that no one is responsible and you have no recourse. I ended up calling the leasing company to see if I could be released early from the lease because of this issue, and my options aren't great. So, I'm stuck paying for a car with no sensor system and is less safe to drive because I can't keep paying for a radar that is just going to get stolen anyway. When I wrote a review on a different platform, I got a canned response and the generic Honda phone number. Bottom line, I would research this issue with this car before signing or agreeing to anything. I hope other people don't have to go through the same bad experience as me.

I left and came back the next day and this time Jalen was there. Though he was helping other customers, he set me up with two vehicles to test drive. When I came back, he was still helping other customers. No issue at all. So I wrote down exactly what I was looking for- I wanted the quotes for the vehicles with total cost and taxes and fees broken down. I got an unclear text reply with a quote for only one of the vehicles. Over the next two days we texted each other several times and he never sent me the numbers. Today, when I reached out again and said I received this info from two other dealers (with no issue at all) and that I was hoping he would send to me as I want to make a deal tomorrow, he responded that he was busy, his time was important and that he cant really give a best price because there is no such thing. What? How is there no such thing? He told me I'd need to come in (yet again) to sit down to get the best price. Interesting because he had just said there was no such thing. He then questioned why I was calling "16 places" for a quote. I have no idea where he got that from because I never said that or anything remotely close to it. He said its a "waste of time for me to run a number" and "I'm not going to give you no number (sic). If you want my best price come through the door". Yeah, because the two other times I went through the door don't count, I guess. He also said he's "transparent". So I'm confused why he refused to give an offer in writing. Maybe its me but this isn't how you win someone's business. Or trust. In fact this experience made me feel like I can't trust him or this dealership at all. So I'll buy from somewhere else. Just a poor experience.

What really stood out was how straight forward every thing was. All the sale prices were clearly posted on the vehicles-no negotiating, no haggling, no pressure. We were able to browse through a large selection locally and even knew there were thousands more available nationwide if needed. We found the perfect minivan in Huntington in under an hour and the paperwork process was just as smooth and efficient. Our saleswoman, Amanda, also took the time the explain the option of an extended warranty since the vehicle was past manufacturer's coverage. Even though we had heard mixed reviews about extended warranties, we decided to go with a 4-year/60,000 mile plan- and we're so glad we did. We've now had to use the warranty twice. The first time, the radiator and water pump needed replacement-over $3,000 worth of work-and it was completely covered without any hassle. Now we're dealing with another internal engine issue costing thousands more, and once again, everything is being handled seamlessly. Not once have we had to stress or worry about the process. We couldn't be happier with our decision to purchase through Enterprise. Since then, we've recommended them to a least five other people, all of whom have also had great experiences. It appears this BMW dealership, including in its used car sales, engages in dishonest and disgraceful practices--specifically listing "ghost" vehicles on its official site, cars that in reality never existed, yet remain posted continuously to attract attention and drive foot traffic. I found a used 2019 Range Rover Sport on their website at a very attractive price--about $8,000-$10,000 below current market value. I contacted them and was immediately told the vehicle was available. They confirmed its availability, scheduled a day and time for inspection and test drive, and reminded me several times over the next two days about my appointment. On the day of my appointment, their employee Jennifer called to remind me again. I confirmed I would come and gave them my exact arrival time. I drove over 50 miles through New York traffic, which took about two hours. When I arrived, I was unexpectedly told that the car had been sold that morning. I asked how that was possible, since after noon I had reconfirmed my visit and was assured they were expecting me and that the Range Rover would be ready for inspection and a test drive. The sales team immediately tried to show me other vehicles, but at significantly higher prices and with much higher mileage. They even showed me the same photo of the Range Rover Sport I had come for, but with completely different--and worse--specifications. To make matters worse, there was another Range Rover listed on their website at the same time, also priced $8,000-$10,000 below comparable market listings, suggesting this is a pattern rather than a one-off incident.
