Matt gave us daily updates with pictures which put us at ease. They've gone above and beyond to get the work done! Nalu painting could start the work immediately, which made me very suspicious. Reputable painters on Maui are busy and someone with immediate availability is questionable. Unfortunately I would not recommend at this time as another painting contractor performed the job quickly and to our satisfaction for a third of the price. Due to its age, it had lots of problematic spots which required an extremely skilled crew to take on. Extensive restoration was needed to preserve the historic structure. Malcom and team were the perfect fit for the project. They're masters of their craft and extremely clean, punctual and professional in their day to day operation. We have worked with them twice now, once for our commercial job painting our shop and again for our home. Both jobs were tricky but Malcom and crew took both projects on and we are so pleased that they did. The difference between a good and bad paint job comes down to prep. We are so thankful for the professionals at Vincent's Painting and highly recommend them.

Our exterior paint was fading due to tropical sun...had another painter do our trim in 2021. Contacted him for exterior painting and he blew me off for 10 months. I will be kind and not name him. I contacted Malcolm...he gave us an estimate and gave us an estimated date for our house painting. He kept in touch with us through the process. When they did the suds and power wash, our windows/screens were cleaned and our front and back lanais. It was fun to have Keith as Lead Foreman...as he had been in 2017!! We cannot say enough about Vincent's Painting. Their workmanship is #1. They respect your home. The $$ is well spent. Their crew is respectful and fun!!

I've hung dry wall myself before and I know how hard it is to get a wall completely smooth and without any drywall screws popping out. I'm very impressed. They were also VERY clean and put up plastic and covered my furniture so that there wasn't drywall dust or sawdust anywhere in my condo when they were done. That's pretty much a miracle because that fine dust permeates everything. They cleaned everything up at the end of each day and were very tidy. The work was done quickly and their painter did a nice job with painting the walls and caulking the baseboard. I'm hiring them again as I write this to replace the drywall in my 2 bathrooms because their work was so neat, quick and PERFECT. Highly recommended!

My first instinct was to try to clean it up myself and so I went on the internet and found a couple of ideas. Needless to say it only made the stains worse, and to the point that I thought there was nothing that could be done to take them out. I called our property management company, My Perfect Stays, and they sent Dan out to survey the damage. Dan told us that the stains were pretty bad, but he assured us that he would be able to clean it all up. After using his magic on the carpet, and within a total of 2 days since it was a major job, my carpet is clean again and looks just like it did before the stain problem. Dan is a super nice man who is very knowledgeable on stain removals. I recommend using him if you ever encounter the problem I had, and one piece of advise, don't use the internet for any ideas. I had my cooktop/downdraft dead and could not find a replacement with 45" width which meets our electric power. In order for me to install a smaller 36" wide equipment, I had to repair the 45" wide hole to be 36" wide on the countertop. Brandon built a very strong structure with 2 x 3 lumber and plywood to support the weight of 81 lb. equipment with black granite tile which matches the cooktop surface. Upon the completion, I had another contractor to install new equipment. I uploaded the photos for before repair, after repair and final installation.

We love our contractor…read more We bought a house built in 1967 with a vision to partially remodel creating an open concept floor plan with an addition of a second bathroom and laundry room.  We chose Michael as our contractor because of his experience, reputation and professionalism. Our partial remodel turned into a total home remodel including leveling floors and vaulting the ceilings.  Michael was flexible and open throughout the process and willing to incorporate all of our changes as the remodel progressed.  We are very thankful for his attention to detail, his practical suggestions to design and providing top notch quality work.  Michael has a great team.  We were very happy with his choice of electrician (Eric), plumber (Chris) and painter (Edgar), who were all very flexible, professional, and reliable.  All subcontractors were highly experienced and we felt confident their work would pass all inspections and exceeded our standards.  We are also very happy with his team who worked at the house every day.  They not only did an amazing job but were also very respectful to us as the homeowners.  The care they showed was as if they were working on their own home.  We were equally confident and impressed with all of Jake's skills including tile work, framing, deck work and all of the finishing touches inside the house. Remodeling can be both a stressful and an expensive experience.  Michael helped lessen any stress by being available by phone, text or email and responding the same day or by the next day.  His knowledge of product and project costs guided us in all of our design decisions also reducing the stress of the cost of the remodel.  We have since moved into our "Dream Home" and are completely in love with every detail of our "New Home."  Hand's down.  We highly recommend Michael and his team at MF Construction Inc. for your remodel needs.

Much to our relief, contractor/owner Mike and his crew delivered. They've always been very professional and efficient and they cleaned up after they were done. Mike's friendly and laid-back demeanor belies the fact that he is very organized and is juggling a million details all at once, stretched over multiple different job sites. He got the job done when he said it would be done, in the manner he said it would be. MF Construction is now our go-to contractor on Maui if/when the need arises. We would definitely hire them again.
