The meeting went well and the person that showed up at my house was nice and polite. The problem was that I felt as if I had to chase the person in order to get my bid. They stated that they had to go out of town and I would get the bid when they returned. So I received the bid 7 days after my appointment and 5 days after all the other bids. The price of the concrete was a fair price but I decided to go with another company because of the time frame I needed. Perhaps next project I can use this company.

The job started and ended on schedule and within the budget that we had agreed to with no surprises (we had some minor additions). We had some feedback on somethings we wanted done slightly differently and he was receptive and helped incorporate it (like sanding the posts, changing out few lattice). We had received quotes from many contractors but we are glad we went ahead with Greatheights outdoor living The only thing that was a slight disappointment was the spacing on the lattice. we had requested for 4" but it turned out 6". it still looks great so we are happy with it. We would definitely recommend. His price for the quality and professionalism was worth it. The pictures speak for themselves.

We had to work through a lot of details especially with the addition (permitting, pouring foundation, etc.) and the team was helpful and patient throughout. When we encountered some challenging issues with the siding project (demo from the siding caused minor interior damage and an exterior hose spigot was accidentally cut), the team resolved the issues appropriately. The workers try to be careful but unexpected things happen and the team/William were quick to fix things! The team wants to please the customer and go out of the way to accomplish this. They asked us if they should rebuild our stairway to make longer treads so our cat could more easily access our porch!
