It was tough to get the technique down till we could get them to stick consistently (mastery is beyond us), however, they gave us a lighter ax, then several different models of projectiles, the easiest being what I'd describe as similar to the throwing 'stars' you see in old karate movies. We were given suggestions for games to play, which increased our enjoyment.
