Long story short they held my car for 2 days and gave it back in seemingly better condition. I paid over $800 for spark plugs a coil and they never replaced the sensors. When I came back because of the engine light still being on they said I needed the air sensors. I didn't have the money to replace then and the counter guy said there not a problem not real important. 2 days later my radiation leak all my antifreeze and they said we didn't do anything thing to it but they did. They said they held my car longer to stop a leak. This place is super busy and doesn't take their time analyzing and showing you what is completely needed. I've been there with three different cars now but, no more it costs me more return time and money all the time.

Chris did a great job and I was treated well, even to the point that he worked me into the schedule a little early, because I was going on vacation and he was concerned about my safety if I left without the repair. . Today, I'm needing service to my Corvette and I looked up automotive near me and this place came up again. I saw it had 4.1 stars on yelp so I said I'm gonna give this place the benefit of the doubt My car has been making a squeaking noise as if the belt was needing to be changed, but I had already changed out the belt so I asked the gentleman at the counter if he would kindly step out and give a friendly ear. He tells me it's $75 to do a diagnostic, I simply asked are you really gonna charge me $75 to just listen and give a friendly ear? Mind you they were not busy I might add, He tells me have a good day and turns around and closes the door. What happened to customer service and just being friendly and wanting to accumulate new business? I have three cars and I'm looking for a good honest mechanic in the area and unfortunately this place is not it. I usually don't leave reviews however that really bothered me and I feel others should know how they treat people Avoid this place I've learned my lesson
