However, the companies I've had to deal with I would give a worse score simply because of the hassle. First of all when we need to buy a hot tub I appreciated the gentleman Jeremiah wasn't too pushy. That said, he also didn't steer us enough and I feel like I didn't know my hot tub we got lacked some features like various jet control settings. He also made it seem like our salt, hot tub didn't need any chlorine, when, in fact, I have to put chlorine in it almost every day. Delivery process actually went very smooth and we were able to get a hot tub within two weeks. However, that says shortly after delivery, I began experiencing issues with the hot tub's breaker. Additionally, I never got any follow up or anyone that actually taught me how to use the spa.. I had to spend around one to two hours, reading the manual to figure it all out. I tried calling the guy at the store. He said he would come out to help us learn how to use a spa, but he never answered my calls or emails after selling us a spa. Thanks! Every time I turn the Jets on the hot tub would short circuit breaker. It took almost a month and a half for them to actually fix it. The first technician said that the hot tub was perfectly fine and then finally a month later, the second one came out and figure it out. Another annoying thing is that they tried to gaslight me and told me the reason the hot tub wasn't working properly was because I didn't clean the filters or something like that which was BS. The breaker was broken and now that they fixed it it works perfectly fine. Overall, I had wished maybe to just have a more flawless experience when buying an expensive brand new hot tub.

And we had a bunch of stairs both coming and going. When an issue did arise, it was handled quickly and easily. This is a can-do bunch! Hire them; you'll be glad you did.

I did not receive a call back until July 7th. When I spoke with them on the 7th they made an appointment with me to come out on the morning of July 9th to evaluate what needed to be packed and moved. They didn't show up and didn't call me to let me know they were not coming. I called them the next day to see what happened and left them a voice message because no one answered. Today is the 14th and I still haven't heard a thing from them. They may be great movers of your belongings IF they call you back and IF they show up to their appointments. It is the summer and I understand they are very busy but all they needed to do on the 7th when I spoke with them is to tell me that they are scheduled to capacity and could not take on any more clients. Taking on more than you can handle and then failing to meet modest expectations is not a great business strategy.

After one change of plans for moving assorted furniture items from Bend to Boise for which we…read morereached out to JNJ (see my original review comments), and scheduled the help and then cancelled it when a family member moved the pieces, when we had another occasion to need to move chairs from Boise to Bend, we reached out again and once again Kellen Moore did a great job of responding. We scheduled the date and time for the work, agreed on the contract price, and Kellen showed up as scheduled and prepared to do the work of moving a couple of chairs from our house here to the house in Bend, placing them in the great room there and moving the existing oversized chairs down a steep stairway to daylight basement storage. Kellen is delightful to work with and did a careful and professional job. I'll add in that my husband was astounded that for the oversized chairs in the Bend house, Kellen could carry them unassisted down the steep cement staircase to the basement without even a wobble. We recommend this service.
