I was skeptical when my appointment day came but it was Pureagain's technician, Caleb Dumanal, who arrived, completed the maintenance and won me back as a customer. He kept in communication with me on his schedule, and arrived promptly at his stated time. He was professional, and friendly, explaining the result of his water tests and how the leak detector worked. I came into this installation with a pretty detailed list of things I wanted addressed based on our experience with the old system. I also came armed with approximately 847 questions. Marco and David handled all of it with patience, professionalism, and the kind of confidence that makes it obvious they know their trade extremely well. We talked through the placement of the Titan 2000 and Executive 12, the brine tank, the flex connections, and especially the routing of the drain line. I was particular about where things went and how everything was laid out in the garage. Instead of simply doing whatever was easiest, they listened to what mattered to me, explained the options, and made sure the finished installation worked for our space and our needs. What impressed me just as much were all the details I didn't ask for. The power cords were neatly routed and secured to the wall with cable clips, excess cord was bundled cleanly, the plumbing was tidy, and everything looked intentional and finished. You can tell when installers are simply trying to get to the next job, and you can tell when people actually take pride in what they leave behind. Marco and David clearly fall into the second category. Once everything was installed, they didn't just pack up and disappear. They took the time to walk me through both systems, explain the regeneration cycles, what to expect over the next couple of days, and even things I hadn't thought to ask about, such as what happens after a power outage and what I might need to check or reset. By the time they left, I actually understood the equipment that had just been installed in my house. They were professional, experienced, patient, friendly, and left behind an exceptionally clean installation. And perhaps most importantly, neither of them judged me when I paid them with my Star Wars themed check. To be fair, I never did establish whether either of them was secretly a Trekkie, so I suppose they may simply have been exercising extraordinary professional restraint. Either way, no intergalactic incident occurred, which I consider another mark of excellent customer service. Seriously, Marco and David represented Sunshine incredibly well. When you're spending this kind of money on equipment for your home, you want the installation to look and feel like it was done by people who genuinely care about the finished product. You change the filter once a year and my husband did it and it wasn't bad. When we got it the guy who installed it was good. He gave all the info to my husband and did it pretty quick. We were initially going to get like a reverse osmosis water filter and alkaline from puragain water but it was 3x the price. This is basic but it does the job and our water tastes great. Totally recommend. It beats buying water bottles! Or fridge filters.

This time around, our Rheem water heater failed before reaching even 7 years, despite having a 12‑year warranty. Even though Quick is closed on weekends, Brandon texted me and set us up first thing Monday morning. Ben (sales) was extremely helpful, walked me through all the options, and made a genuine effort to get Rheem to honor the warranty. Unfortunately, Rheem couldn't provide a replacement and instead offered fair market compensation (still TBD). Not thrilled with Rheem, but Ben handled the situation professionally and kept me informed throughout. We ultimately went with a Bradford White, and Sammy installed it the same day. His work was excellent--professional, efficient, and spotless cleanup. The Bradford White + installation was very reasonable and very surprisingly comparable to my prior installation. Very impressed with Quick's responsiveness, professionalism, and ability to turn everything around in a single day. Highly recommend them.

We had All Cities Water replace a Puragain water filter system that we had installed in 2022. The…read moreoriginal system did not address the hard water issue that we have been having and it continually clogged up, requiring routine (expensive) maintenance to replace the filters. All Cities did an excellent job of explaining the options and going through how a salt-based hybrid softener system would provide the water quality we were hoping to achieve. I asked a ton of questions, all of which were quickly and thoroughly answered. There was no attempt to upsell us or talk us into anything. It was a very low-pressure engagement that made everything much simpler. We ended up going with a hybrid salt system that uses carbon and sodium chloride to condition the water (it can also use potassium chloride but the cost of that is prohibitive at this time). The installation went very smoothly. We were told it would take about 4 hours to remove the old system, install the new one and run a drain line across the garage to the sink. That is almost exactly what it took and the installer was very professional and easy-going. We are very pleased with the system thus far and I would highly recommend All Cities Water Treatment as a great option for anyone interested.
