The owner was rude, unhelpful and made me feel like I was an inconvenience. The fact that I came to give him business did not matter. I wouldn't bother spending money where I'm not welcomed. He essentially told me "You're creating a line by bringing too many bottles to fill and I won't fill them." The 1 star reviews are accurate. I don't care how amazing the water tastes (according to a handful of reviews apparently - not my opinion). I'm also not asking for the red carpet to be rolled out for me either. I'm paying for a product, so I just need basic respect. I will be driving further away to businesses who appreciate me. Thanks, but no thanks.

There were people coming in during my filling and he stopped to help them first. I'm a very understanding person and told him to go ahead and fill up others first and then continue with mine. Half way through, he turned to me and said, "next time, maybe bring like 20 or so instead of all 60 bottles." I told him I understand he has other customers that's why I allow him to fill theirs in between mine. That pissed me off!! Bro, your business is to fill up water bottles for people, whether it's 1, 20, or 60. That's your main bread and butter, but for you to tell me I'm bringing too many bottles for you to fill up, that just shows me that you are a lazy ass employee or a dumb ass owner. I'll tell you what, I'm taking my business elsewhere where they fill up my bottles with thanks. You rather sit around and do nothing than fill up my 60 bottles....SMART!!
