The owner was rude, unhelpful and made me feel like I was an inconvenience. The fact that I came to give him business did not matter. I wouldn't bother spending money where I'm not welcomed. He essentially told me "You're creating a line by bringing too many bottles to fill and I won't fill them." The 1 star reviews are accurate. I don't care how amazing the water tastes (according to a handful of reviews apparently - not my opinion). I'm also not asking for the red carpet to be rolled out for me either. I was able to get a quote and get something scheduled within the hour of calling Dylan. He was very helpful in explaining my options, the process, timeline, and even what to expect after the job was complete. Dylan and Jeff arrived early on the start date which was awesome. They were able to get everything set up and running quickly, still before the originally estimated time window. Dylan and Jeff came back promptly the next morning to tear down, test and re-balance the water, and also went to brush off some algae buildup that I had in the pool. They both are extremely knowledgable and took time to help me learn more about how to care for the pool I was inheriting. Overall I am thrilled with how everything turned out and I will always be recommending Triton Water Renewal to anyone who needs anything related to pool water!

Music on the radio and a festive atmosphere. So strange...waiting to refill water? Then I took a look at the cute mill and reminded me a thematic park or something you will find in some Seaworld or places like that...just that cute little white and blue mill was not for posing in pictures but a business. You go, you insert the $, you fill the water and you go. That simple. I was curious about the taste, so I took one of my metal bottles I carry in my purse and I asked a guy refilling if i could get a sample. We exchanged some laughs and I got my sample. It tastes like clean water. So definitively is worth a try if you cannot stand the taste of what comes out from your tap and also if you want to be gentle to the planet and stop that much plastic consumption.
