Because of that experience, I knew I could rely on Adam Touni and his team to help me find a next home that fit my criteria -- even though I was still unsure where I wanted to buy. A seamless transition: TRG agent Colton Hoagland happened to have a rental listing become available near my move-out date located in Menlo Park, just a couple of miles from the home I sold. The transition could not have been easier. Finding the right neighborhood: Once settled, Colton and I began exploring options in Peninsula neighborhoods that interested me. Although I expected the search to take much longer, in April Colton toured me on a unique 1935 Craftsman home in the lovely Mount Carmel neighborhood of Redwood City. I was thrilled when my offer was accepted, after thoughtful guidance from Adam. After fully disclosed infrastructure renovations were completed, I excitely moved into my new home this past July. Expert guidance in a competitive market: I was impressed by Adam and Colton's ability to gauge the competitive market and guide me through it with confidence. Despite multiple aggressive offers, the sellers chose mine. It was such a joy to celebrate that success with Adam and his team.

We ordered extra inspections, shifted requirements more than once, and after closing needed plenty of help with contractors. Adam and Colton (and their other staff) were knowledgeable, hardworking and responsive throughout. Perhaps more important, they were truly looking out for our interests. On a couple occasions they were willing to walk away from placing offers on properties that would not have been a good match even after they had put in significant work on researching those properties. Ultimately, we were able to buy a property at a price we considered something of a bay area value when Adam played our cards just right with a motivated seller in an iffy market.

Jeff was our wedding photographer for our Stanford Memorial Church wedding. The process of getting…read moreand working with a wedding photographer has so many components! Jeff's incredible pictures speak for themselves, so I'll do my best to cover what it was like working with Jeff below: Initial Meeting * Jeff was easy to coordinate with and responded very promptly to all emails setting up a meeting * He brought his portfolio, walked us through his packages, and helped us create a package that was exactly what we wanted * He was funny, nice, and someone we immediately clicked with. My sister's piece of wedding advice to me was to pick a photographer and videographer you will enjoy spending the day with, because much of your wedding day is actually spent with these vendors! Engagement Photos * Jeff pre-scouted the area that we wanted to do our engagement photos at, so he knew exactly where we should stand to get the best lighting and angles. Because of this, we saved so much time and were able to get in more locations. * Jeff was thoughtful, creative, and encouraging through the entire process. While we might have been awkward in the first few shots, Jeff quickly put us at ease. * The pictures turned out amazing. We even used one of them for our cake topper! Wedding * Jeff did an amazing job setting up for and capturing the wedding. Memorial church has a lot of restrictions, and Jeff was able to work within all of them to capture every detail of the ceremony. * The quality of the photos is great--lighting, resolution, etc. * Jeff always went the extra mile, whether it was getting me some water when I was thirsty or helping me find people I was looking for. * After the wedding, Jeff was very quick in getting our photos to us, and in communicating about them! I should also note that Jeff has a really special network of people that he works with. We found our videographer and my makeup/hair artist through Jeff, and were very happy with both. I would highly recommend Jeff as a wedding photographer! Get him now before his prices go up!

He was also very attentive to small details and showed great foresight in helping us hash out details for the wedding far in advance, making sure our timelines and plans were realistic. But Jeff is far from just being an effective paper-pusher. Eunice and I have never done a photo shoot in our lives, but he was able to make us feel comfortable and really draw out our silly personalities through the shoots. We've had friends complain that their photographers just churned out portrait after portrait without any variation, but we were blown away by the creative poses and angles Jeff had set up for us. Lastly, I wanted to point out Jeff's willingness to go the extra mile for you. We had our wedding reception at the Lawrence Hall of Science, where they were featuring exhibits of giant robotic bugs. Due to some extenuating circumstances, we were running fairly late in our schedule, and decided to abandon several of our shots, including many of the exhibit photos. As the night was winding down, Jeff pulled us aside for some last minute photos; he had talked to the Lawrence Hall coordinator to reactivate the lights and exhibits just to help us take one last set of memorable shots with the bugs. It was a touching gesture that I truly appreciated. tl;dr, Jeff is a professional, creative, and accommodating photographer who will capture your event with style.

She was also wonderful to work with--her photography and editing skills are great and even though we never really posed for photos before, she made it easy for us. She even had the presence of mind to turn us away from family members who were coming from behind to surprise us. We received a few photos the night of the proposal to share with friends and then the rest of the photos after a quick turnaround.
