A day passed, no one contacted me either by phone or email. When I called Mr. Swinney's office to inquire, he told me the property was sold, with closing pending. So I suggested they post on the mult-list when properties are under contract, and promptly so-inform people who make requests. Rather than giving any apology, Mr. Swinney just hung up on me. It's still fresh in my mind, because it happened 5 minutes ago.

I was in a somewhat unique situation where I needed to get into a rental in a matter of days. I applied online, they saw my application, and, no joke, I was signing a lease for my new place within six hours of putting the application. They're tech savvy, have a nice website with updated recommendations, and a digital app for me to pay my bills on. This is huge, to me, because every other place I've ever rented from has required paper checks, which is inconvenient to someone with a busy schedule, such as myself. If I ever have anyone ask me about where to go for property rentals, 406 Properties will be my immediate recommendation.

I really need a place to live so I paid to fee per applicant just to find out that the owners wanted a pet deposit and pet rent. The process fee for Property Managers is a rip off and they take the money of every applicant even when they know they are not renting to you. This BULL CRAP of paying a PET DEPOSIT AND PET RENT IS ONLY A NEW DREAMED UP WAY FOR PROPERTY MANAGERS AND HOME OWNERS TO GOUGE THE ALREADY OVER PRICED MARKET.
