Yeah i'm a Native American. after they ran me around they denied me, telling me that my credit score was too low, but they could of did that the first 2 days , after i payed for the application that was $25

like all property management companies, this one is no different, greedy!…read moremy rent was $750 when this company took over, at first they sounded good but right out the start, rent goes up and i was informed it would be going up to $875 they said it was market value for a two bedroom apartment with a detached garage. ya, right, maybe for a new apartment which they rent their brand new two bedrooms for $899 (new apartment, everything is brand new). my current apartment is 40 years old, original gas filled windows with no gas, rug is in need of replacement, new paint and flooring and new appliances. now if market value on a new apartment is $899 why do they seem to think they can get that for a 40 year old apartment in need of major repair and upgrade. well they just market valued this tenant right into another company, not like they will be any better but cheaper

They do not know the first thing about the Americans With Disabilities Act, and I am receiving ridiculous requests from them...even wanting me to take my daughter to a doctor and certify her as being autistic. We left several messages which it took them over a week to respond to. They aren't open on the weekends at all. They don't even have anyone on call to show listings on weekends like one of the other property management companies. I guess you just have to get lucky if you want to do business with this company.

After I did finally get in touch with them, they charged me $70 for a background check. Then they wanted to charge me $1200 security deposit on a $575 a month apartment when I have excellent credit. They are totally unreasonable. Steer clear!
