This man was wonderful. As a veteran with PTSD and dealing with the high stress of buying and selling a home, jack handled it in stride. My wife and I had parameters that were a bit challenging. Jack went way beyond to make us happy with our choice in a home. He responded promptly, which can be daunting at times. He handled crisis well. At one point, another buyer made ridiculous demands and wrote them in as a "condition" of the sale. I could not accept the demand of "levelling off the land professionally".
