After I left the store, I was in my car and a car going around the corner sideswiped me in front of the storefront. I had gone back inside and asked of they might have any footage that could help with my claim since I say we were dead in front of the cameras but after asking the sales person, they said we can't help you and the owners don't care. We even had her husband go in a few other times to follow up and he got the same response. I would tell anyone listing to go to a different smoke shop. They don't care about their customers or the people around them. This even went to the point where the owners nephew working had the same reaction. This is incredibly pathetic and baffling. Go somewhere else, this is a terrible shop with no customer service, period.

I am so disappointed with the level of service at this location. I drive out of my way to come to…read morethis location because I very much valued their prices and previously loved their vibe. On the evening of October 3rd, I was in the area to grab my elf bar. I was able to use it for the evening and most of the day yesterday. Once it died it would not hold charge. I went to the store first thing this morning and explained the situation. The chick behind the counter advised me because it's been 24 hours past she would not be able to refund or replace. I didn't even want a refund. I just wanted a product that worked correctly for the money I spent. She then made me purchase a new one. As someone who works in the credit card processing industry, it is a known fact that a consumer is able to dispute or chargeback a transaction if and when they are not satisfied with the service and/or are not receiving the product they paid for. This includes defective items. As a merchant, it is your responsibility to provide a service and product that is not defective. She argued with me abruptly and told me it was illegal which is 100% incorrect. After trying to explain it she got extremely defensive and told me to never step foot in the store again. My boyfriend and I have been coming here frequently for awhile for many items. Taking my business else where it totally fine.. but after the amount of money I have spent here, they could have done the right thing especially after selling me something defective. Replacing a 23 dollar product that was defective would have kept you a long term customer. Now you lose out on two customers and the charge from 10/3 as I did not keep the defective product and I was not provided a replacement for something I paid for with the expectation it would work properly.

Yelp Review Draft Rating: (or depending on how strictly you want to rate) Title: A Little Humanity Goes a Long Way Today after a long day, I went to enjoy dinner and some time out of the house with my service dog. When pulling into a mostly empty parking lot, I saw a pole with a square sign next to an open spot and mistakenly thought it was a handicap space. I completely take full responsibility for not double-checking or verifying the parking signs beforehand, especially since I was in a bit of a rush to get inside. After a couple of hours inside--something that's rare for me since I don't get out very often--another customer eating at the restaurant came over to let me know that a tow truck had just pulled in and parked behind my vehicle, though thankfully it wasn't fully hooked up yet. I rushed outside just in time. The tow truck driver mentioned that the smoke shop marks that specific space as private parking right next to the handicap spot, but he pointed out that actual handicap spots were wide open right next to it, and suggested I talk to the smoke shop staff since the lot was largely empty. When I went in and politely tried to explain my situation--apologizing for the mistake, noting I'm a disabled veteran on a limited budget, and explaining I'd been inside having dinner--the response from the employee was cold: "Well, you've been here for too long. That's not my issue." I understand the shop was closing up for the night and people are ready to head home, which probably added to the frustration. Even so, look--I get it. Businesses have every right to protect their parking for their own customers, and it can be annoying when people park in reserved spots. I don't put full fault on the business for wanting to manage their lot. But with plenty of empty spaces open, I honestly hoped for just a shred of empathy or a little bit of humanity. Even a basic sales pitch--allowing me to buy something quickly to smooth things over and get out of a stressful predicament--would have turned this into a win-win. I would have gladly spent some money, picked up some new products, and we both would have ended our night happy. Instead, it was a rough experience that could have easily been avoided with a bit of basic decency. I've learned my lesson to always double-check the signs and slow down. But to the employee working: showing a little compassion and practicing a bit of business savvy would have gained you a loyal customer for life. For anyone looking for a local spot that treats people going through a bad predicament with a little understanding and respect, keep this interaction in mind. A surprise tow bill could easily wreck an entire month for someone on a fixed income, and a little grace costs nothing.
