If I could give this place a two star I stolen because simply they sell fake product. They sell fake glass and they overcharge you out the ass but instead they just wanna claim it's real product and they want to claim it's this and they want to claim inside but at the end of the day it's all fake and none of it is actually quality product, you expect more out of a neighborhood shop then some cheap China glass and some cheap China products that don't work in anything that you need and you expect to trust a local smoke shop. The folks behind the counter aren't terribly rude...but going along with what a few other reviewers have said, the one older guy is quite pushy about his prices. They're not consistent and they're HIGH. Not the high you're thinking either ;) I already own a small Mya hookah... I purchased it in my hometown where hookah buying is all over and priced competitive. Before I had it shipped here, I had stopped by this store to inquire about their hookah prices. The same hookah that I own and paid no more than $30 for, he quoted me at $80. ARE YOU KIDDING?! You can't even find that particular hookah marked up that high on the most boutique hookah site. The shisha? Psh. Price is marked one way but when you go to the register it's another. Doesn't matter though, the price is pretty high either way so I strongly advise you to go across Durango to whatever shop that is near Firehouse - much better pricing. This place is all over, man. Counter dude seems to toss out prices depending on that day's business needs or something... the reviews and his pricing tactics really makes me wonder how he stays in business. Must be the cigars because the hookah related items are priced ridiculously. read more

Scammers and hustlers is what the people running this shop were when I went. I went a few months ago to get tobacco and coals and out of curiosity, I asked how much one of the hookahs were. In all honesty, I already knew the hookah was 45-60$, but I was in shock when he tried to tell me the hookah was over $150. I said no thanks and he told me if I held it I would understand because it's made out of "real crystal". I held it, and still wasn't convinced it was worth what he wanted to charge. But it's his store, so fine. About two months later, I went in again and a young person was working the counter. I went in to get tobacco and coals, and again, out of curiosity, I asked how much the same exact hookah cost and he said "all of those size are about 65$" and I said okay what about the small ones and he said "those are like $45". I said alright cool thank you and was on my way out. The older man who was there the first time came out the back and the boy asked him if he knew the price on the hookahs we were talking about. He tells me the hookah was $160. I said well he just told me its 65$ so no thanks, have a nice day. He brought the hookah over to me and tried to get me to hold it again pleading that it's "real crystal". I insisted that I was okay with not being ripped off and didn't care to hold the hookah. He kept insisting that I hold it and shouted as I was trying to leave about his real crystal rip off. I told him that I will gladly go hold the same 65$ hookah at any other smoke shop nearby where I don't have to get scammed and lied to. Needless to say, I will not be back at this shop. read more
