I rarely write reviews, but wanted to share my experience. I purchase an Elf Bar disposable vape at this shop (~$25 after tax). When I decided to open it, it did not work at all - an absolute dud. I came back into the shop to return it and I was told that they would not accept a return or even exchange for a working one. I was told that it was their policy once the vape leaves the store's front door. I typically try my vapes prior to leaving the store, but because I was still on a previous one, I did not decide to open this one yet. I was not notified of this policy by the staff when purchasing nor prior to leaving (otherwise, I would have opened and tried it). I would just like it to be known that staff should ensure this policy is known whenever a customer makes a purchase. At the minimum, some signage in the shop stating this policy would be nice... Otherwise, this shop is very nice and has plenty of options. The reason for my rating is solely on this unfortunate experience of mine. First time experience, but I guess my lesson is learned. read more

Well here it is my new vape shop! Best prices and incredible selection! The customer service was tops! When asking for the prince mesh coils she pulled them right it no problem! We tried a few new juices and left pleased. The shop has gaming, shuffle board and lots and lots of couches. It's a pretty big store, clean and organized. Yes they do run out of stock with certain juices but you can try many other flavors. There is a $1. Fee for the taste bar but that's just for the tip. And that's good I believe for one year. The employees here are great and so friendly. They will go out of their way to help you. Which of course I took forever but they were very patient with me. Fell in love with this little jewel of a shop in Las Vegas. Yes, it was slightly off the strip but a cab there and back was no big deal. In fact I was able to get my eliquid there for 8.99 and at home I pay 60! They have a nice set up with a fun Buddha and are willing to let you try every flavor you need to narrow down the ones you want - this may not be as generous for all customers as I was clear that I planned to spend a lot of money. I will update my review after my first online purchase. I love their laid back and Aloha spirit but I also will only work with companies that get it done without hassle. So I'm on vacation and I left my charger at home. My friend suggested this place to me so we decided to check it out. First of all, they close really late which worked to my advantage since it was 10pm. The workers here are super nice and helpful! Instead of getting a charger, I ended up walking out with a new vape and some juice. They set my vape up for me and made sure I walked out all set. I went there as a local - looking for a regular shop to handle my vaping needs... 1st they sold me the wrong tank... then the battery they sold me broke after 3 weeks - they are firm on 14 day returns... & the one thing that made me share this - is - I was given what I asked for in another store I never wanted & now learn from many shops... that I never needed to spend $200 on a battery & 2 tanks - I just needed a $30 SMOK.... they are micro managing the employees only re the profit - not the results to the customer. He walks me over to the sample counter. This is my first time so they tell me that I have to join the membership club ($1 fee and they give you a card) but I get to sample all the flavors that I want. No problem Service.... Vaping is slowly making its way to the East Coast, but I managed to get my hands on one through a friend that lives in California. Since I decided to leave my vape in my purse during my 5 hour plane ride en route to Vegas, all of the juice was dried out by the time I landed. Sigh. Thank goodness I found TruVape during my recent trip to Vegas because now I have enough juice to last me awhile! The store is located in the same shopping center as Pho Kim Long (if you've had after club munchies, you've most likely been here) and is welcoming with several couches to lounge on. The juice bar is the best addition to the store -- you can sit down and sample ANY of the different liquids available. There's a wide variety, from 0 nicotine, to 6mg, to 12mg, as well as different flavors (Glazed Donut, Oreo, Peach Lychee, Watermelon?!?! The possibilities are endless!) and even menthol. I left with a new starter kit (as a backup for my first vape) and 3 juices. All of the employees were friendly, accommodating, and informative about the products. If you're into vaping, or want to know more about it and live in and/or visiting Vegas, you should definitely stop by! Out of all the of vape shops in town, I can only stay TRUE to TruVape. The ambiance is super laid back, as if you were hanging out at a friend's house or garage with sofas and TV's all around. The location is super convenient being off the 15 freeway and the strip. They have an awesome building "workshop" for those who need a fixer upper or adjustments. All the guys here are cool and friendly. Never felt any judgement or discrimination either. Other shops I've been to seemed egotistical - so annoying. Jorge was one of the guys who helped me and went above & beyond to make sure I tried all the top juices and newest mods. The other guys Brandon, Adam, and Wally were great too.
