She said she would order a replacement and i could pick it up next week. Then I get a call saying that her boss says it cannot be replaced. I go there again, and I am told that because the eyelid had a strange reaction to their spray, the would not be able to replace it. I explained that they damaged my shades, and therefore should fix it, but they said they wouldn't be able to do that. Horrible customer service and a very bad way of doing business.
