Here are my 10 reasons: 1. The owner Britton outperformed himself with "non-pushy" "sincere" and HONEST help......making it easy for us from start to finish. 2. To be honest....we get a lot of roofing sales people stopping by and I was somewhat nervous due to our financial situation...BUT he went above and beyond and was able to replace entire roof with "NO OUT OF POCKET MONEY!" We had a $1,000 deductible with State Farm. 3. Another great reason to use Combs Roofing......our 2007 year home original builder in the Providence Grove Community used 15lb paper and only 60mph roofing shingles with 20 year wear time on our house.....COMBS USED 30LB PAPER AND 150MPH WIND RESISTANCE SHINGLES WITH 30 YEAR WEAR TIME!!! PLEASE REFER TO PICTURES... 4. FULLY LICENSED AND BONDED!! 5. After committing....project done convenient to us!! 6. Britton uses top notch employees to install and they arrived at 7am and had all old shingles off when the new shingles were delivered at 9:45am, Britton the owner arrived at 8:15am and 2pm overseeing project making sure all was good and they were completely done by 4pm!!! 7. Again, being a little nervous...I took pictures of before and after because was concerned with making sure they cleaned up and leave project looking as arrived.....and it was perfect!! 8. ****They can also work with insurance company with your gutters, siding, and any interior damage to interior of home from "water-damage": if need to be fixed or replaced from hail or wind damage......also "no-money out of pocket!!" 9. Payed Combs Roofing after received check from Insurance company.....so....NO UP FRONT OF MONEY GIVING! 10. LASTLY....BRITTON THE OWNER CAME BY TO RE-INSPECT ALL WORK AND ANY CONCERNS THAT WE MIGHT OF HAD....WHICH WAS TWO THINGS...1. Water leaks were found in the attic and other roof areas, along with wind and hail damage to the 15+ years old shingles. Charles reviewed his findings with our insurance adjuster, and we were approved to proceed with a roof replacement. Charles and Celso reviewed with us the details of the project with a professional approach, conveying trust and peace of mind. Charles provided updates, with photos periodically as the work progressed throughout the day of the project, from tear off to new roof finish. Additionally, we contracted C&B to provide repairs and replacement to rotted portions of siding, fascia, soffit and garage door, along with painting this entire area. Charles and Celso were on hand during this project to answer any questions and take pictures as the work progressed. This work was done exceptionally well. Lastly, C&B installed new gutters and downspouts, and Charles and Celso followed up to ensure our complete satisfaction on these projects. Our house is 40+ years old and looks new! Update - response to owner response. There are many false hoods written in their response, but what…read moreis expected from a company that doesn't honor their agreements? With regard to stating I asked for many different high end shingles this is untrue. At beginning of the project I suggested two I liked, but immediately the company stated these were on back order and so THEY RECOMMENDED a product which we moved on. They never provided multiple quotes on shingles. There were never any changes or any back and forth. In the attached photos you can see why they said they cancelled - because it was going to cost them more in labor than they thought. So depending on whether you believe anything they say since they love to tell tales in their responses, they don't know what it takes to do a job. Also appears they don't have their own dedicated crews and just sub your work out while taking a cut of the profits. The company offered upgrades such as copper valleys, which I simply accepted. Again never any changes or back-and-forth this was all written into the original quote and the original agreement. The agreement, all prices and options were absolutely finalized. I have attached a copy of the signed agreement. It's untrue that they cancelled due to my response and/or reviews. According to them I wrote a bad review about them cancelling a contract, so they cancelled the contract? Do they have a time travel machine? The company also never made any offers to "see what they could do" to remedy the situation, other than me paying more or having me accept a cheaper product. I've attached the email exchange. Funny that I ask them to honor their agreements and their response is to accuse me even then of being "angry" for asking them to do what they signed up for. Evidently they cannot accept responsibility for anything they do or cause. I hope these continued falsehoods show potential new customers what they would be dealing with if they went with this company!!

Ruston was an absolute professional and pleasure to work with. He showed up when he said he would, didn't try to upsell me, was able to source the cedar siding which is not readily available and does top quality work in a timely manner. He and his crew put our house back together beautifully and we are thrilled to have found such a great company to work with. I have hired many subcontractors for our home renovation over the last year and Ruston is a stand out. I plan to use them in the future for all our siding repairs.

Whatever you do, DO NOT use Rumble Bee Roofing. 4 years after getting a brand new roof we noticed…read moresubstantial leaking into our attic and onto the drywall above our son's bedroom. We texted & called them to help & they said it would be $3400 to repair it. We posted a negative review & they offered to fix it as they wanted our review to go away. We appreciate them agreeing to fix it at no cost but then their top roofer didn't fix it properly (see video). The owner assured us the job was done right this time but we learned in conversations they did not put flashing on our roof & didn't repair any with the new roof either. Two months after the attempted repair the leaking got worse so we contacted other contractors to assess & learned they just piled up sealant & added a screw (see video). Now we have to pay $6500 to repair it. Mike McNally is ignoring my calls as is his son. We selected them over another roofer & we regret it. No flashing. Just slapping down shingles. Ridiculous. Incompetent. Nice people but this is wrong.
