I love HEB. I love their customer service and great prices. This store is always clean and the parking lot is not full of random carts in parking spots like the Kroger on Rayford. I'm so glad this HEB opened up so close to my house. The only reason this location doesn't get 5 stars is because I wish the floral department was bigger and I wish the cheese shop was larger. I still go to Market Street HEB for those items. A few times I have needed help finding items and returning an item. The employees always helped me or found someone who could and were also very friendly. And I love, love, love that they have the little carts for children. My daughter enjoys putting her own groceries in her cart. She also likes playing the buddy bucks machine at the ending of our shopping trip. Keep it up HEB! read more

Very excited that we now have a new HEB on Riley fuzzel !!! Everyone on this end of rayford is sick and tired of all the horrible parking and long lines at the other grocery stores up the street. Today is the first day it's open and you gotta love a fresh clean new HEB. Happy shopping !! read more

I come to grab lunch on my work break here and I love this grocery store. It's pretty new so everything is clean, especially the bathrooms. This HEB seems fairly big and I really enjoy the health/market sections. The parking lot is huge and within the same lot as Massage Heights and Twin Liquors. Their gas station is a good price and there is a car wash. I would like to see a Starbucks here since the store is so big. The only downfall right now is this HEB is around roads with ongoing construction and traffic. I guess if you want to wait the traffic out, you can drop by HEB! read more

Huge HEB. always clean, friendly staff. If you go early in the AM on Sunday you'll run into stockers, but no people. Parking is usually empty at the times I go as well. The pharmacy is super kind, but I have had some problems with them auto filling meds and then putting them back before I get in to grab them. Simple fix, turned it off auto fill. All around good store read more

Love this location! Employees are very nice and helpful. Conditions are great. Special shoutout to CINDY! It was crazy busy. I couldn't find candied cherries anywhere. Cindy approached me to help me find them. As she was helping me, another customer approached her that was obviously in a hurry. I told Cindy to help her & I would keep looking (I was not in a hurry). I found another employee that knew exactly where the cherries were & I put them in my basket & continued to shop. A couple minutes later, here comes Cindy with several containers of the cherries in her hand. She had located them, and then found me amongst the crazy crowd. She went above and beyond! This has become my go to grocery store. It's clean, service is excellent and it's big and roomy as opposed to other HEB's. I love that I'm supporting a Texas business as well. The employees are friendly and helpful. I needed a bigger block of cut cheese than what was on display. The employee in the deli asked what I wanted to spend, went to the back of the store and got me exactly what I needed. read more

Great location and awesome staff. The management in this store is doing a great job on keeping this store as great as it is today as it was on the first day they opened. The inside is always clean and fresh looking. Rarely there will be a line at the register and it seems that there's assistant managers all over to assist if needed. Love the new store! Pretty much laid out like the new one down Kuykendahl that opened a few months ago. Because I've been there several times, I didn't feel lost in this one. Best thing... Gas $2.20!!! Worst thing... Getting in and out of there thru the traffic!!! Traffic lights haven't been set up yet and it's a total nightmare!! This is my go to store. I use the my list on the app and it shows which aisle the item on. Yes I admit I am short and there plenty of employees willing to help get items off the top shelves that I need. A huge thanks for that. If you can't locate an item an employee can find it. They have the freshest produce and best house-made guacamole and salsa of any supermarket I've ever been to. The donuts are also top notch and they hand out more samples on a weekend than you can shove into your face. Forget making lunch on a Sunday, just cruise up and down the aisles - you'll get full enough. read more

I've been shopping that this location since it opened. My wife and I have also been raving fans and mavens for this brand and specifically this location since it opened. However, my recent experience there was extremely uncomfortable. We have taken every precaution as a family to prevent bringing home COVID-19 where we have pre-existing conditions with several family members. One of the safest places to go should be your local grocery store. On Friday my wife and I went to the store together with our hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes, and our KN 95 mask's in an effort to be extra cautious. My wife and I counted at least 10 people that were not wearing masks inside the store and purchasing produce, meat, and walking all up and down the isles. On some isles we had to avoid because they were crowded and there was at least four people on the same aisle not wearing a mask. We I asked one of the employees if masks were required inside the store and he replied with the local police are not enforcing it so they can't either. They have signs up and they encourage people to wear them but they cannot enforce it. After my wife and I did a little more research we discovered that several employees at this location that tested positive for COVID-19 yet the protocol for enforcing mask is not being enforced at all it's more of a request. This is plain and simple not OK. We will not be going back to this H-E-B and thought all of our neighbors should know about the lose rules and lack of action to keep the masses safe as advertised. I hope this review gets to the executive management team at H-E-B so they have an opportunity to correct this, keep their commitments, and protect the public. read more

I shop at this store 2 to 3 times a week ,I purchased the sweet cherry tomatoes thr last 2 times I've been there and I can say there is nothing sweet about them ,the quality of the produce in this store has gone down the cherry tomatoes taste old.! I'm tired of wasting money on items in these stores that are advertised one thing and taste another. read more

Curbside pickup is terrible here. Takes longer than just going into the store. Delivery accuracy of items was 90% wrong. No signs in the parking lot that direct on towards the pickup location. read more

This is a very nice store. It is a fairly new design compared to the one on Sawdust- Fits the style in Spring. We really needed it in Spring!!! We have a lack of stores over here and Kroger has always been filled in parking lots and out of everything. When you walk in right side door you are near Produce, Floral, and Bakery. Very nice employees.Bread is very yummy. Nice sushi too! Much more of a selection then Kroger; Compared to Kroger on Rayford that was always out of everything I can finally get everything. Staff was exceptional; Greeted everyone that passed by and always ready to say "Can I help you?" Very new and clean. Plus, when you're entering they sell some pretty good barbecue. The workers are rude, and customers in the store are even worse. Screaming kids everywhere, people cutting in front of you at the fish and meat market, I even had a couple of people that slammed into me with their baskets, and I am very obviously pregnant. I was literally in the store for not even 10 minutes before I walked out to go elsewhere to get my food for my family. I will never be coming back here again. read more

Great prices and quality. I enjoy coming here. I don't like Kroger so I had to find another solution in the area. I like the HEB Buddy for the kids and the little kids carts. They offer parking for customers with kids. Family friendly. Awesome selections I can get potato gnochhi here or Texas anything. Lots of different choices and locally produced selections. read more
