If I had bad intentions I would have gone to the checkout farthest from where they were instead of the one closest to them. My RayBan PRESCRIPTION sunglasses cost me over $500. If I take them off I couldn't see the monitor. I don't run around doing shopping carrying two pairs of glasses just to make other ppl comfortable. I carry my wallet, keys and phone. Get some class Walmart. I know that's a big ask which is why I avoid this chain and the only reason I had to go in was because I was visiting from out of town.

Somewhat true in that their price point was above the insurance allowed amount. So they skirted the real issue of their prices by laying it off on insurance. Today I called about getting a feature turned back on (somehow I turned it off). He told me to search through the menu and I could probably figure it out. When I couldn't find it he told me to look on YouTube and maybe I could find it there. All I was asking was him to assist with the simple step by step instructions. No deal. Price is their strong suit (as in the are very high). Customer service needs a lot of work. I suggest you shop around.

Mike has exceeded expectations AGAIN! My mom (87) is in a…read morelocal rehab and nursing facility. We purchased an amazing recliner she can sleep in and finally got 7 hours of sleep last night! worth every penny for the lift recliner with fabric protection. Then the facility uses wheelchairs to conveniently and safely transport patients but they are extremely uncomfortable for periods of time. Patient is in a scooped "pit" chair. Mike suggested a gel/foam cushion (designed for wheelchairs) that keeps her upright and comfortable AND she can now get in and out BY HERSELF WITHOUT being pulled out of the wheelchair by others! It reduces the patients dependence on others which is HUGE! It is the perfect solution for such a small price. Again, worth every penny. We solve one issue (like sleeping because the beds are awful) and then get another problem to solve. Mike and the facility are on it and have solutions to problems to make life more comfortable for the elderly or weak or handicapped. The delivery staff is also amazing providing exceptional FAST service asap. Thank you Mike and staff. I'm sure tomorrow there will be something else my mom needs and I'll give a call to find out more useful options! Thank you!
