So far, I'm unimpressed…read more A friend recommended Kuzyk Law, so I trusted that recommendation and encouraged my son to contact them after a tire came off a big rig on the freeway, bounced into his car, and struck several other vehicles. My biggest issue so far is the lack of communication. Apparently, the gentleman originally handling my son's case went on leave, and since then, the woman who took over has provided little to no communication or updates. My son has to call to find out what's going on, and every time, he gets the same answer: the other party has yet to accept responsibility. What I don't understand is how, with multiple witnesses and several other vehicles involved, liability is still unresolved. I understand these things take time, but that's exactly why we hired a law firm--to help guide my son through the process, keep him informed, and advocate for him. We only carry liability insurance, so we're still waiting for authorization to have his vehicle repaired through the insurance company of the big rig involved. In the meantime, we're left waiting with very little information or direction. I trusted this firm to take care of my son, and so far, I haven't felt confident that his case is being handled with the attention and communication it deserves. I'm hopeful things improve and that I can come back and update this review with more stars. However, at this point, the experience has been disappointing, especially when something as simple as keeping a client informed could make such a difference.

More Knowledge Off The Top Of Her Head Than Any Other Lawyer I've Had....Awesome!!…read moreAfter Christine branched out and started her own law firm I noticed a huge difference in the way my case was being handled. Not only were my questions finally being answered but Christine has answered all of my questions right off the top of her head. She is always on top of the current and grandfathered Workers' Comp Laws. Christine not only fought for me instead of talking me into settling so she could make a quick buck but she got the surgery I needed three times. She also fought to get me on Social Security Disability and won that case as well. Without that I would have lost my disability pension. On top of everything else she fought for me to get one of the hardest settlements there is...100% disability in both Social Security and Workers' Compensation. There is so much corruption with workers faking injuries that 100% disability is almost unheard of these days. Dealing with two different cases and insurance companies for both of my Workers' Comp claims was a struggle for me to keep up and sorted but her firm never skipped a beat. If it wasn't for Christine's vast knowledge of the current and grandfathered laws I would be living on the street now. That's how close I was to running out of money before she took over my cases. Even though both of my cases have been settled, Christine and her staff are always there for me when I need follow up surgery or if I run into problems with the insurance companies. She has always guided me for the best possible outcome without thinking twice about how it would effect her fees.
