My…read morereturns are always promptly and correctly prepared even with complex issues of international holdings and small business issues. The personalized service is great. I had an IRS audit and David and his staff did an incredible job of handling my audit. Every account was examined as was all back up documentation. I had a no change audit which meant there were no errors or problems with my return and it was correct. Since the return was prepared by David and his firm, it just reinforced my view that his service is excellent and accurate. Prices are very reasonable and the service is amazing.

Then after we paid them they never submitted our return. After more than a month, I called them asking about our return and they admitted their mistake. When I asked for a partial refund since they completely dropped the ball the receptionist said "Oh please I can only say that I'm sorry" Looks like next year we will either do our returns through TurboTax or go to a friendly H&R Block. Baity and Assoc. spoke to the IRS and eventually got roughly 60k of penalties and fees dropped and my payments cut by 2/3. They were professional and reassuring during the whole process and I shutter to think what kind of situation I'd be in without them. As for their fees - I've been to 3 previous accountants who racked me over the coals with fees and never delivered a portion of the service and peace of mind I have now because of Baity and Assoc.
