I finally got ahold of her by phone and told her how dissatisfied I was with her service and said id be at her house at one the next day. I called BEST Tax Services a month ago to make an appt. They couldn't get me in until May 10th at…read more10:00am, which was fine, because they said they could get an extension for me. So I gave them my information, they charged me $45, and hopefully actually got me an extension. Today is May 10 and almost 11am. I showed up 10 mins early for my appt and the door was locked. The note on the door said they're not in normal hours because it's technically no longer tax season. Basically, they're closed. I want to point out that I called their (661) 256 # because I thought they'd be in Rosamond. But when I made my appt, they said they were in Lancaster and that I'd receive the address when I got my appt reminder. That was true, I included a screenshot to show what information I was given. I also received a text to remind me of my appt. I waited until 10:15am and just gave up. This was such a waste of time on one of my only days off in the week. I tried knocking on the door and calling their number. But both numbers send you straight to voicemail and it says they'll return your call within 72 hrs. That doesn't help me when I'm standing outside waiting for my appt that they scheduled with me. Luckily I got ahold of Premier Tax Service and I have an appt with him on Monday. I normally do not write negative reviews but this was unprofessional and a huge waste of my time.
