    I wish I had read the reviews before doing business with Florida Credit Union. They lack the very…read morebasic customer service standards. I left 2 voice mail messages and sent 3 emails asking for the status of a $500 deposit not posted to my account. All I wanted was a return call or a quick email telling me what was being done. I received neither. I drove to the office and was greeted with the question "Do you want something?". Yes I do want something. I honestly could not believe the tone of voice that was used during the whole conversation. It was as if I made her mad by asking a question about my account. In the end, my deposit was located. it was a simple accounting error which I understand happens. It did not have to be such an unpleasant experience but the interaction with this employee made it so. if you are looking for a very impersonal credit union/bank with no friendly greeting , all transactions through a screen and no easy access to a human, then this is the bank for you.

    horrible experience with melanie alldredge today! from the beginning, she was drab, no smiling,…read moreeven after i crack a couple of jokes to loosen her up! didmn't work! i had the feeling that she was set on denying me any type of products, that's how bad her spirit was. firstly, i am a 22 retired serviceman, living in starke florida. i came in with an average credit score of 777, melanie said it was 756, stay with me here. she promised to let me know on the spot what products i qualified for. i asked for the stated income products and minimum credit score, she stated 640 people! her pull told her mine was 756. i walked out of there without knowing what was going, no answer. before i left, i asked if she would just qualify me for something that didn't take an upper manager, say $20k, seeing that $30,000 was supposed to be without escalation. she said without blanking, no! two hours later a call stating the denied me for all their products. this entire experience was cold, a waste of my time and it makes you wonder what she saw on me that made her be so cold, no customer service, no let's try again, nothing, bye sir! i will escalate this to headquarters for some answers as she needs to be checked! i can see why their average reviews are 3.2...don't go to this place if you want fairness and good customer service, especially if you are a serviceman/woman or veteran!

    This branch of Vystar is by far the worst of an already sub par organization. Most recently they…read moretold me the wrong pay off amount, then charged me for the difference without explaining the situation to me AND took the difference out of my savings account without asking me. Also, they forgot to get my signature on the check and later the manager called & wanted to come to my home to get my signature. Vystar refuses to take customer complaints & issues seriously in general. Their call center is very unprofessional. I have heard dogs barking in the background when speaking to their call center employees. Other issues I've had with Vystar in the past - their Signature Visa cards were inactive for a full week with no notice to customers. While on vacation to Hawaii my Vystar Signature Visa was fraud alerted three times even though I called in advance to let them know that I would be traveling. The Vystar app has never functioned well enough to use. When asked they say use the website. But they have at least two different websites. Each does different things. By the way Vystar employees do not tell customers these things. I had to figure it out on my own. Another time my Vystar Visa fraud alerted I could never get the purchase alerts back to functioning. Many hours were spent trying to figure out why. I found out what the problem was but I never told Vystar. If you ask them I promise not one Vystar employee will know. Vystar will say they want to help but the help never comes. To summarize- Vystar provides very poor service. When questioned they act insulted but still provide no solution. The folks higher up are too good to speak to customers. You will never get higher up than the call center. Finally, the Starke branch is absolutely the worst of the worst. My recommendation is to avoid Vystar all together. There are many better choices and there are choices that respond to questions and provide answers. I would suggest any choice other than Vystar.
