I also believe I went through 4 different CPAs from my original chat in March to Now September 2023. Don't believe the hype. Find a local CPA who actually cares. This is a horrible service and company.

Greg gave me consultation by phone and after a thorough review informed me that Yes, I did still owe that amount but the IRS reduced it by eliminating a $5000 penalty so all was correct.
