I have been using HR Block for 10+ years and have been incredibly happy with the quality of service received. Their infrastructure is unmatched, in terms of computing capability, document management, and deduction maximization. However, this year, my return was assigned to an extremely rude disrespectful individual at this location by the name of Ian Isaac. He failed to comprehend my complex tax situation. He refused to sign off on my return or file it the way it has been done for the past decade. When I asked my records to be transferred to another "pro," he failed to comply, and the office stood by him. read more

I have been a member of H&R Block for years now. Bradley has been wonderful over the years and he is primarily the reason I return. However this year, (out of brads control) an associate John called to follow up and was so rude, dismissive and condescending. He hung up on me three times while trying to find out information on my taxes and while I attempted to talk to a super visor. I've never had an experience like this with a professional, if that's what you can call John. He said he would have Mercedes call me and I never once received a follow from her. If you want to be treated as a valuable customer especially during a pandemic when you can support small business do not go to H&R Block. John, you're the reason myself, friends and family will not support or give money to H&R Block any longer. read more

My husband and I started using H&R block as our CPA of over 25 years retired. Last year we had Brad Drew help us with our return, he was amazing and very helpful, and he was the reason we decided to return. This year however my husband went and was helped by an associate by the name of Seema Kaur, I was at work on that day and could not be there for the appt. My surprise to see the amount charged by this Sr.tax analyst 3 times more that last years How did that happen???? I decided to stop by the office on Monday I spoke to the front office person as Kaur was not in the office all the front office person could say was our fees have gone up and our clients are advised of the fees before paperwork is filed. That was not the case my husband was advised of Kaurs fees after she filed the paperwork I call that dishonest. Her word against my husbands I have requested from Kaur a signed agreement from my husband agreeing to these fees. But as the front office person told me we now charge for forms or documents you bring in How do you explain that. All I can say is stay away from this place and if Kaur happens to be your tax analyst make sure you ask her fees even before you speak with her, you might have to pay for that tooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! too bad I can't give no star for this rating read more

We just saw Jalpa Patel at this H&R Block location to do our 2016 tax returns. We are so glad we came in! Usually I do them myself, but this year we had some changes I was unsure about. Jalpa not only completed our 2016 returns with a very favorable refund, she glanced at our 2015 return & realized right away that we missed an important deduction. She is now re-doing that return. She was awesome! She is also researching an issue for us and we couldn't feel more relieved to have her on our side. Great job, Jalpa! this place is a rip off. They charged me $500 for my tax preparation which was not too complicated. I was filling jointly with my husband total of 3 W2. roth and IRa roll over and a rental property. It took the lady only 35 min to file. Even a CPA wont charge that much. Never recommend anyone to go unless they want to pay a hefty price just to prepare their taxes. read more
