It was rejected and included incorrect personal information, including the wrong social security number. I would have never submitted this information -- everything listed on my federal return was accurate. Went in person because I can't reach a human being via their worthless customer service hotline. The staff at the Shaker Square location, specifically Jenene Jackson, were incredibly unhelpful and dismissive of my issue. They refused to help me unless I paid for the software's error to be resolved. Gave me attitude and insinuated that this situation was somehow my fault. No resolution provided. I should not have to pay for the H&R system's errors.
