I was not able to get any of my questions answered. Even now, I can not tell you one single intelligible sentence in response to my concerns. My questions and her answers were circular, around and and around. She was nice lady but I left upset. Feeling like mistakes were made. I should have gathered my documents and left. I didn't want to be rude. I thought we could figure it out.
