My Mom & Dad dealt with Angie Cole & the ladies in the office for many years before it was Wesland Insurance. I always wondered why, unitl the last year, I lost both parents within 15 months of each other. When I lost Mom, Dad took over and dealt with the insurances, but once he passed I had to take over. I had been with another company altogether, but after the service, compassion, respect & total personal assistance from Angie, I have since changed over the Westland Insurance at Terminal Park where I intend to be a life long customer like my Mom & Dad. I recently moved from apartment living to my now owned manufactured home in Nanaimo. Nikki Faber took on my account, ensuring I was covered at both locations and then went the extra mile to obtain "replacement cost" insurance on my manufactured home. The home is an older model so did not qualify for replacement cost, but Nikki knew I was renovating it and asked me to provide pictures of the reno's I had already done. With these pictures she was able to gain "replacement cost" on my home and also a reduction in my monthly payments!
