Spencer Leakey ended up being my savior- his deep understanding of the most up-to-date tax regulations in both countries and how they intermingle, combined with his friendliness, efficiency, and outstanding communication, put my mind at ease and made the whole experience a very pleasant one (which I never thought I'd say about getting my taxes done!). Leakey & Lewicki's office staff is also very friendly, helpful, and effective. The firm's online portal system is super convenient- I love that you can go back and access tax documents if need be. His lecture is so boring and he has never recognized as a super professor among the other faculty members and students. When he became jealous over the newly came super professor inside of the business department MacColl became so unreasonable enough to give unsolicited academic advices to students who had already suffer from the language barriers and physically disabilities. Because he wanted to prove that he knew how to save scarce resources. He has been so famous of being a ruthless and uncaring teacher among the students. It's hard to change one's personalities and management styles when the person has already formed that way. Now I can see the reason that Michael MacColl have trouble to maintain the status quo of being a tenured professor of one of the biggest city state universities. History of harassing students can be a huge flaw of his teaching career. Wonder that what kind of knowledge Michal MacColl can offer inside of Ivory tower and in the read business world when thing changes so rapidly and all thing becomes globalized? Michal MacColl has proved that personally biased and has trouble to accommodate new ideas. As it demonstrates Professor MacColl got less than 2.0 out of 5.0. In other words he is below the average professor. Certainly it's wasting lots of scarce resource of mgmt dept of Vancouver Island University to keep this kind worst professor and seeking MacColl's consultation. Who needs this kind of professor's lecture and his consultation? Apparently MacColl has nothing to offer to school and business sectors. He has to be fired from all institutions. http://www.ratemyprofessors.com/ShowRatings.jsp?tid=1736119
