Today, I had my taxes done by H&R for the first (and now last) time in years. I went there because that's what they do...taxes! The language barrier was PAINFUL. I was not able to get any of my questions answered. Even now, I can not tell you one single intelligible sentence in response to my concerns. My questions and her answers were circular, around and and around. She was nice lady but I left upset. Feeling like mistakes were made. I should have gathered my documents and left. So I just gave up waiting for a meeting with an H&R Block employee and I'm heading to my car in the parking lot when one of the employees storms out of the door and starts yelling at this girl for no reason and being aggressive, making gestures. I'm thinking this is no way to treat anyone. So this scared girl goes into her school and he follows her whipping the front door open and I can hear his muffled yelling from my car. About a minute later the HnR block employee runs back over and storms back in to the branch. I was so upset at what I had just seen I was in my car in about five minutes later the same girl comes back out crying and shaking, I asked her what happened and she said that he was screaming profanities at her and threatened her to move her car which was in an unmarked, unreserved public parking spot. Apparently the guy from H&R Block can't handle sharing a parking lot with the businesses in the same little strip mall then if that's the kind of people that H&R Block hires and that's the way they deal with their problems then I don't want to be affiliated with the business who thinks that's OK.
